I feel the value you get out of this $50 is extremely good too. When I went, the trails were super well maintained and built and I was able to meet some of the build crew. The trail design, while a bit sketch at times, is extremely creative and fun inducing. Just remember when you go there, think outside the box.
after riding this a couple weeks back for the first time im absolutely shocked by how fast you guys were hitting that run. warp speed. good shit. you guys rip!
Because it should be free or just for 5$ A meal is made by someone and it's a service what fkn service they give you in a bike trail? People doesn't wanna pay for greed that's nonessential I'm not paying 50% for that because it's a lot for someone it should be for 5$
@@dridi5964 well making sure the trails don’t get over ran by weeds & debris. I can’t say I’ve done enough trail riding but from my experience building trail jumps, my crew used to take a whole day maintaining the lines we built, which had to be no more then a few hundred feet. Seems like they have a few miles of multiple trails & a car service so 50$ does sound reasonable. You can always start new trails on your own if you’d like to deal with nonsense but to each their own!
Looks like a blast for all levels. I am about 2 hr from that area makes me want to dust off my old bike. I have a couple hard tails in the garage. They might be a little behind the times. haven’t rode trails since I was living in Tahoe back in 99 and my gear is from the same era. Got a GT and specialized. They were top of the line for the day but now they would be considered relics. I imagine I could still get the stoke riding in my 40s that I had in my teens & 20s before life got busy raising kid.
Might be some on here eventually, but we’ll make sure to keep it balanced out with plenty of non motorized bikes too. I just like to ride all the bikes
Great video. I live in Idaho and bike park all summer, but the winters here a damn long. I've been looking for some bike parks like this one that are open year around. I'll check this one out. Are there others you would recommend? Or a website that's helpful? Thanks
There is vail lake as well. More of a pedal park, and plenty of other great trail riding in the Southern California area. Could definitely make a trip out of it
Nice riding! 🤘 It looks like you get a lot of downhill runs for the money and nice to think that the land would be protected from housing developments.
Went there a month ago, trails are ok at best. $50 for this is absolutely insane though. They need to work their pricing out cause I definitely wont ever go back for that price.
@@billsanders4 any trail recommendations? grew up in marin county and have been riding my whole life, im down here for school and have been pretty disappointed with the trails ive found so far
@@tomk169 laguna mtn. los gatos...the infamous "noble canyon". palm canyon epic. rancho penasquitos(tunnels). Nothing will compare to your neck of the woods though
Haha I rode the soft opening and the DH bike was a nightmare in the 95 degree heat. The only part that I didn't like was that sketch ass shoot on the last trail with the huge rock sticking out. A few guys have slammed into it already haha. Other than that I really enjoyed the park will def be coming back. Soooo mannnnnyyy rolllleeerrs!
I am a local from Temecula. Ive been to to this place 3 times and can't recommend it less. First time waited hours for my first run because someone got "seriously hurt" and they couldn't find them; guy was at the bottom connecting trail and it was a sprained ankle, Only had 2 runs that day. And they closed the park because the single fire road is the only way up or down. Second time I went i had to walk all the way back down because i popped my tire on exposed chicken wire from a rock garden. Third and the last time I hit a jump that i just plowed through the lip as it collapsed and went over the bars and broke my collarbone. This place feels rushed, half assed, just a quick money grab while MTB is exploding in the area. Never coming back, much better and cheaper places to ride in the area. Nowhere near as good as vail.
It's ok... for Ca.. but when you train on the east coast at serious mtb parks... like "traction park". This trail you can can do no handed!!!. I grew up here, but got better the more east I moved... ride on either way gents
this shot in 8 frames per second? instead of trying to make it look fast, you just be fast. trying to watch this in 1080 but it looks worse than 480. come on bro
Your English is so bad I’m not sure I read you’re comment as intended but just in case…… There is no universe in which you are riding as fast as this guy, probably not anywhere, but certainly not in SoCal
1) Let Er Eat....c'mon bro. 2) Dude's hoses and cables way too many and too long. 3) No way homie is gonna clear that gap... what a kook... I bet he crashes and bruises leg
The only mountain bike video to capture the feeling of going fast down a challenging trail. Bravo !

Oh yeah he’s still holding it wide open!
Those look like some long beautiful trails to cruise down. Thanks for the video.
Looks fun, 45 minutes from home. Didn’t even know it was there. Thanks.
Wonderful trails very well made and terrain is so nice too

Looks fun! Leaving today to visit my parents in San Diego, too bad I can't bring my bike!
They got a rental fleet there as well! Saw them when I went to check in and buy my pass

That place is EPIC!
These trails are looong this is sick! Yall were eating blind, crazy lol
Left-hand boulder at 23:15 (pause your video) needs some orange/pink paint or even a pad
yeah that's probably a good call, that thing could possibly catch some people off, especially if your a little off line to the left

No … keep it $50 so it doesn’t turn into a walking path like all the other great places to ride.
Agreed, $50 helps keep the kooks out.

So many rollers. Yeah a few spicy rocks out there😅
Can you ride peddle assist EMTB on this trail?
Do they ever allow people to climb this trails? That’s what I would like to do on my bike.
Sounds like they’re working on a climbing trail to the top.
Worth bring a DH bike or stick with the enduro?
At this point I have ridden both. Both are fun, but an enduro bike is plenty
Some seriously fast riding there , especially for first time . Warp speed. 👍
Thanks 👍
WOW
How long is the shuttle ride and how frequently does it run?
I think it comes every 30 minutes. and it took about 15-20 min to get up
Wat are ur camera settings !?!?!
I have a video on my page about it
Probably going to build houses next to it and close it down as soon as I make it back to SD.

the man made rock sections are so the rain goes under it and doesnt wash out the trail.

50.00... per shuttle?
Per day I believe
