FS2004 DC-9 operations tutorial 1

Start up APU and engines procedures from cold & dark situation simulated on the FS2004 or FSX Sky Simulations McDonell Douglas DC9. They're taken from real manuals of the plane (errors and omissions excepted). Probably the sequence could vary from airline to airline. I've omitted some preliminary checks of real world. These procedures are similar to the MD80.
