    This channel is outstanding! I've been in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for several months now and there are many similarities between Buddhist teachings and CBT.
    I'm struggling with Divorce PTSD because I was raised in an enmeshed family. CBT teaches you how to watch your thoughts and internal dialogue. I highly recommend it along with this channel.
