Danie, I will be 50 in July, and all I can say is...I want to be you when I grow up!!! I love you, you’re so fun. I love you videos, and projects. I would love to see a video on your construction hauls. Actually, I like them all. Keep me coming!
You can check out my beginners tool guide video where I break the tool list down! ruclips.net/video/ySrIQ3QuCQ0/видео.html Hopefully this helps for now!
That’s actually what I thought this video would be about. When you think “DIY”, you think tools and items that help you complete DIY tasks, such as screws, nails, picture hanging items, things that help streamline painting jobs (paintbrush holders/cleaners, etc, supplies that make painting easier, etc), gadgets that just help actual DIY projects. I feel this video is much more 13 ART & CRAFT AMAZON FAVOURITES. 😊 Either way, both DIY and art/craft are right up my alley personally, I was just hoping this would be DIY based.
Yes this!! I super am trying to figure out what drill to buy off of Amazon and if it's a mistake to buy power tools with a cord. Because seriously don't buy the FIXA power drill at IKEA. It doesn't really drill throw wood, it's fine for putting together IKEA furniture 3 times as fast but nothing else!!!
@@LifeLostSoul I would highly recommend a Makita or Dewalt combo drill kits, it has a drill driver and impact driver. I love the impact driver, it has more torque than the regular drill but, it is just small enough for a women's hand. I prefer the Makita Combo Kit, just because I find the batteries last longer than the Dewalt.
Really useful, thankyou! I would definitely appreciate seeing the longest lasting items/appliances in your home. So often reviews are either unboxing or initial thoughts rather than, I've had this for 5-10 years and it stands the test of time. Hearing about your headphones was along these lines and really informative. I recently watched a Mr Carrington vid with Ikea items he'd owned for 10 years plus and it was great! Happy Saturday from the UK :-)
Those painters pyramids are THE BEST! I got a set for free at an art teacher convention years ago and I’ve used them for so many things , painting canvases , staining wooden shelves - they are a lifesaver !
I enjoyed this video, and thanks for your review and all of your knowledge!!! I myself own many of these things or similar products, and love them. I've also considered a few others, it's great to now have an honest review!!! Stay your fantastic happy self with your amazing positive attitude, it's great to watch and totally contagious!!!
Discovered you through Alexandra Gater and then started watching your own RUclips videos. This one is spectacular, useful, and well done!!!!!!!! Subscribed to you today!
Danie great video! I sent your video to my 10 yr old granddaughter telling her to watch and let me know if she would love any items for her birthday. She sent me back a wish list! Awesome❤❤❤
This is probably the most sensible, practical, informative and enjoyable haul I have ever seen. Thank you. I would love to see another either on this topic and especially on the diy end of the scale. I love your videos and so get your humour. Have fun and stay safe!
I've had those little yellow pyramids for years and use them so much they're covered in many different colors of paint. I loved this video--such a variety of lifestyle items. I follow lots of youtubers, and those that do amazon videos all come at it from different perspectives, so I get so many different looks at things. Would love more!
This was a great video! I showed it to my granddaughter who is into different mediums of art and she picked up quite a few of your reccomendations she is going to try. Thank you!
I really appreciate you adding the Canadian prices! Sometimes the Canadian price can vary SO much. I'll watch a video where its "everything under $10 on Amazon" and I'll go to the Amazon link and in Canada it's for some reason like $50 or unavailable hahaha. So even though these prices don't vary too much, I appreciate knowing what I'm getting into or knowing it may be unavailable in my country before I click. And I appreciate the time that must take!
Good morning, our friendly DIY’er! I love, love, love this video! I would love to see more! I find when I’m looking for something, I go to RUclips. And your video, is the reason why! When someone talks about a product that, a.) they love b.) they think is a waste of money or c.) couldn’t live without- I learn more honestly how the product truly works. There are several items, that you showed today, that I will be putting on my list of things I want to try. You do such a great job with your videos, Danie. You’re knowledgeable about what you’re talking about, you’re engaging and I think you’re funny as heck! That’s why I love Saturday morning’s so much...I cannot wait until I get the notification that you’ve uploaded a new video! Thank you! Have an amazing day! Donna
oooh loving the jazzy music! Great selections! Soooo my kind of amazon haul (seriously how many times do I have to see the damn skincare fridge *eye roll*)
Yes please! Easy to use power tools that are light weight etc... My husband ❤️ just bought me my own cordless chainsaw. Life changing as a wanna be landscaper/gardener.
I love videos like this! I would love to see more themed ones too. I am interested in the beginner builder haul too. I am both a diy'er and went to Art school for Interior Design. I don't own a home or have a garage (major bummer right now) because I am so interested in the building aspects of your projects. I have always had kind of an interest in furniture design. So living through you and your client projects seeing you go from concept to completion has been so rewarding. I would be interested in if you did a "no-garage or small space home" tool or amazon haul. Something to that sort, for aspiring builders who don't have that space or advancements in multi-functional tools & space tricks & tips. I hope I don't sound confusing, I just got way excited! You could even do a "doggo" amazon haul vid! I myself own a cat but in the near future hope to get a dog so I know your animal viewers might love that. Actually, idea! (lightbulb) I challenge you to make a cool builder vid of a diy build for maybe even a modern dog/cat bed. Indoor or outdoor rated? What do you think? Something you'd like to take on and teach us along the way? I am so happy to have found your channel. You have really helped me tap back into my creative side during this challenging time of "Shelter In Place" as I have binged watched your entire channel through this time. Kuddos, and keep up the creative outlet! Cheers from California!
Hi Danie. I’ll be moving into a house at some point this year (hopefully before 2021 🙄 that damn pandemic) and i’ll finally have some space to DIY. I’d be really interested in “totally beginner” DIY videos. Is it better to buy a mobile bench or a sturdy table to work on, what electric and hand tools to invest in, protection gear, etc... if these are subjects you feel like talking about, i’d be really grateful for the info.
Loved Loved Loved this video!! It was such a great idea, I could definitely invest in so many of these items😊. I would like to see a building items amazon haul!
Ok, I LOVE this haul video!!! As a crafter, I never see anyone recommend the items you did! I usually have to rely on Amazon reviews and still that is not as helpful as this! Thank you for doing this, and PLEASE do more of these!!!
Those painters pyramids are AMAZING. I only just heard about them, but it's the DIY tool/supply I have needed quite literally my whole life. I don't know how I hadn't heard of them before. I bought three packs to always have plenty on hand! I have used them SO many times already. So worth it!
Self healing cutting mat is life changing I am glad you've taken the plug ... a wireless hot glue gun that is small FINALLY!! Amazon will be busy this weekend thanks to you Dani Thanks!!! Ps... I use a metal candle holder from Ikea that had lots of holes on top to hold my markers and you flip it over and drip your glue gun on it. I'm not sure if they sell it no more but hey multi purpose was a plus! LOL Happy Mother's Day to all the Ladies!
Omg WIRELESS GLUE GUN!! Amazing. I'm a performer and a glue gun is in my show-day tool-kit because you just never know, SOMEONE always needs a glue gun. I've never clicked on a link so fast
I’m an artist, art teacher and crafter....want to be more DIY-er and love your list! I have a few of your items already, but do want to get some of the items on your list that I do not have. DEFINITELY INTERESTED in a Builder tools haul too! Thanks, Danie 😊🖌
I'm not usually a big fan of product reviews but I really liked this video! Well done. My favorite videos of your though are still the dups of expensive items like the one you did about the mirrors.
HII!!!! I have LITERALLY been binge watching your channel all week long! I feel like I have abandoned all of my other chanels!! BUT I CAN NOT HELP IT!!!!! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE YOU AND YOUR CHANNEL!!!!! BTW THE EDITING IS ABSOLUTLY SUPERB!! KUDOS JEFF!!! SERIOSLY THE COMBINATION OF YOU WITH JEFFS EDITING IS THE BEST I"VE SEEN ON THIS PLATFORM!! LOVE HOW REAL YOU ARE AND YOUR WORK IS AMAZING!! THANK YOU FOR BEIN SUCH AN INSPIRATION!!
Thank you so very much. I really enjoyed this. I am a crafter I had seen many items you showed never knew what they were for. I plan to try a few thanks.
All great find Danie. I'm especially with you on the Bose! Those are a life saver. We bought them for travel, but gosh they come in handy around home too. I use them for phone calls at home so I can keep on the move while taking. We also use them in our woodwork shop. My favorite though is to block out what I don't want to hear. Like today when hubby was watching Videos in the Library with his TV on loud enough that I could hear all the gory details of someone finding their neighbor had been eaten by a huge African something or other snake. Yeah, I grabbed by Bose quickly after that. I also wear them when hubby and son are watching football. Ahhhh.... Bose, take me away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Yes pls to more videos like this one.... Would u pls show detail of the new artwork above your dining table ....I LOVE seeing your pooch and my heart melted when you hugged on the floor.... Best wishes from Australia :))
I used to water color a long time ago and I wanted to get back to it. Thanks so much for this video! My sister is the real artist in the family, I just like to dabble in things. This video is perfect for both of us! But a haul of "handy woman" type stuff is always nice, too. ;)
Big thanks Danie, this was actually super interesting and helpful....really inspired me to dust off my long forgotten artistic urges and also gave me some great gift ideas for my daughter 😀. Made a VERY refreshing and welcome change from decor and clothes hauls tbh. As you actually make and build things and do the decorating yourself i'd definitely be up for any tips and reviews you have on your DIY tools and products 😀👍🌈👍😀
Thank you Danie! Loved this informational video. Would love to see your thoughts on construction tools. What you suggest to start off with, best tools per you, good tools to have for household etc.i just have to say, wish you were around earlier in my life, you are so creative, engaging, and encouraging. Please keep it going! Yay Danie!
Loved this. So interesting and helpful. That mat could also be used for people with Sit N Stand desks. I used mats when I had one, it's a must! Great dance moves BTW 😆.
DANIE! I wish I could show you my mat for standing a long time. It's like a Greek, door, porch, window vipe. Very colorful so pretty ones are out there!
Thank you! This was really helpful to setup and upgrade my diy space. Do you have recommendations for tables or work surfaces? I like to put together puzzles, draw, etc. And always find that I'm having to bend my back and neck in weird ways...
I want to start painting with acrylics and would love to know how to get started, what I should buy, what I can cheap out on, and what I should Invest in. Thanks love your videos! You always give me confidence that I can do it.
I'm so excited for you! It's very overwhelming to find a place to start, so I understand where you're coming from! A great topic to explore! Although there is so much information out there for you to read, my biggest piece of advice for you? Just jump in. Buy a set of Artist's Lofts acrylic paints or a set of Liquitex Basics acrylic paints and just play. These are very starter level brands but great quality! You can also find lots of brush kits at craft stores for a good price. When stores open back up, don't be afraid to ask for help! There will be so much advice out there but the best thing you can do is play, find techniques that work for you and learn from your mistakes. On top of that, there are so many great online courses that teach simple painting techniques to help get you started. Have you considered bluprint or skillshare? good luck and hopefully i can make an episode about this in the future!
Thanks Danie, another great video from you. This was so much more relevant to me than the “fancy” Amazon favorites videos. I have to get one of those tape dispensers, I didn’t know they existed. I have the rotary cutter and cutting mat, they are my favorite crafting tools. You are my type of person crafty, quirky and creative.❤️
You are rocking these DIY.... so like you.. fun to go with it. Initially watching your videos several months ago I thought ( so embarrassing) too much energy. But now it’s uplifting and so informative. Lady keep it coming. My Dads family is from Pickering, Ontario. Never been there (yet) but there is a historic place old country store named after the WISE family. So we’re practically related...ehhhh
I love this kind of video’s Yes make more Please I certainly go and find myself the pyramids. Now I use little pots of glass, I have a box full of them. How space saving are those little pyramids 😱 I’ve never seen them before. Thank you for bringing them up Stay safe 🥰
Yes! Yes! More, please! ........obviously I have been living under a rock..... ***NEW TO ME**** (or at least a good reason for owning them) leak-proof watercolour palette***, cordless hot glue gun***, jumbo tabletop tape dispenser, pyramid stands, rotary cutter and self-healing mat.......Add To Cart!
Loved this haul! Glue gun my favorite find (I.e. new to me!). Would love to know more about where your creative art space is located in your house, where you come up with all your great diy ideas. I always struggle with a location in my house that is inspiring yet quiet where I won’t be interrupted.
Thanks, Danie! I love shopping haul reviews! There were 3 or 4 things you showed that I can really use: the art pen/brush organizer, the massive tape dispenser, and the Spectrum Noir pens look great! I have a pen company for you. If you haven't seen it already, JetPen is a Japanese company that sells witing and art pens and paper. Like most things from Japan, their things are well thought out and beautifully made. Thanks again for the video!
Loved this...especially now that we’re homeschooling on top of things. Though I don’t break out the cordless glue gun too often, I HATE the cord! Cordless? Done. Reigniting my diy game on projects w/tween kids. I’d love one on tools - basics with a couple splurges? I’m sure I’ve got knowledge gaps that make things take WAY longer than they should. Really enjoy your approach to things; It’s perfect.
: I’d really like to see a haul on construction tools!!
Danie, I will be 50 in July, and all I can say is...I want to be you when I grow up!!! I love you, you’re so fun. I love you videos, and projects. I would love to see a video on your construction hauls. Actually, I like them all. Keep me coming!
"not a sexy haul"
me, an art student and painter: *drooling* ooh she lied
I would love to see the building/ construction side.
And...a basic tools list.
You can check out my beginners tool guide video where I break the tool list down! ruclips.net/video/ySrIQ3QuCQ0/видео.html Hopefully this helps for now!

I love nerdy hauls like this! Ditto on the waterbrush, it's great for watercolouring on the go. 👌
You are the bright spot in my quarantine. Thank you for existing

Ditto to everything she said :)
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the video!!! ❤️ Would LOVE to see more like it from you. Keep up the great work - LOVE your videos!!!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

oooh loving the jazzy music!
Never seen an actual chainsaw with a cord as they're usually run on petrol...did you mean hedge-trimmer? Good luck with your new venture anyhoo!
I love your videos! You're always so much fun and so upbeat plus the fact that you made so many cool crafts!
Wireless GlueGun!!!!! It is weird how excited I got about that.

Big thanks Danie, this was actually super interesting and helpful....really inspired me to dust off my long forgotten artistic urges and also gave me some great gift ideas for my daughter 😀. Made a VERY refreshing and welcome change from decor and clothes hauls tbh.

Yay Danie!
Hello from Orlando FL. Loved this video Danie! Can’t wait to see you do one on your workshop tools!!
Would love to see the construction haul as well.
Loved this. So interesting and helpful. That mat could also be used for people with Sit N Stand desks. I used mats when I had one, it's a must! Great dance moves BTW 😆.

Great Video Danie- I had no idea you were in Canada...so nice to see people talking about items sold on Amazon.ca that Canadians can access easily!
I want to start painting with acrylics and would love to know how to get started, what I should buy, what I can cheap out on, and what I should

DIY Danie that’s a great idea. I have a membership to Bluprint already. Thanks for the advice!
Yay Cannon that's my favorite paper to use!!!
Eye opener. Thank you. Will consider many of the suggestions
Oooh, pretty hair!
I love this kind of video’s Yes make more Please
I certainly go and find myself the pyramids. Now I use little pots of glass, I have a box full of them. How space saving are those little pyramids 😱 I’ve never seen them before. Thank you for bringing them up
Stay safe 🥰
Actually love every single one of these. Very helpful:)
Just used the pyramids today. Worked like a charm
Yes!
Oh man, I just spent so much and now I’m definitely going to want to order more 😅 I’m unfortunately a huge sucker for sketch books and journals!
lorhurt I am too! I have so many different kinds, because I want to try them all!
Love to see beginner hardware tools for DIY building! and maybe how to safely use them.thanks
Ohhh a haul construction would be cool! Btw. I love your videos!
Loved it. I’m Doing some shopping. I want 1 of each. Thanks Danie.
5:55 😂😂😂😂😂 the best. Enjoyed this video as always Miss Danie! A lot of things I will try!
Id love to see a general construction must-haves
OMG....totally love you...you so remind me of my niece.....thank you, and stay safe!!!!
Lies! This IS a sexy haul 😍 Watercolour supplies 🥰🥰🥰
Hello from Italy ! 🌺 Love your videos ✨💞
