Maybe I am doing something wrong. I always had issues with the fitness. I've followed your advice, did preseason and still see drivers losing fitness. What else could I be doing wrong?
@@tezgm99 Thank you! I tried yesterday between some races and it worked. So, if I do different tests before the season starts, perhaps december, jan and feb, this should take the fitness all the way up. Because one of my problems is that with fitness gone, the drivers started to lose strength in the end of the season. And many time I did not hir ea good driver because the fitness level was not good unfortunately.

Only way I know of is to keep doing testing during the season, that brings the fitness back up. Races always bring it down.

@@fabri16m yep, I try to max out the fitness in the offseason, and then do a few tests during the year to keep it high :)
