Full charge is irrelevant after you get his c4, half charge DPS becomes much higher than the full charge, and the difference in damage if you only count one instance, is also minuscule. C4 is basically there so that you never have to full charge again.
It's kinda funny that Bennett being good at everything makes actual sense. No one wants to team up with him, so he ends up doing everything by himself (damage, heal, support himself).
I got to AR60 without Bennett, and I could have bought him from the shop, but the extra wishes I got by saving starglitter got me C0 Yelan on her release banner. I also got him later from a wish.

The attack buff is just not that noticeable early game with improper and incomplete builds and teams, a low talent level and weapon level, and with low burst uptime. The nature of the game changes a lot as you progress
I don't really get how they could word that better. Using a normal attack, during the 2nd attack of his skill is how it works. It's just that spamming the auto also works because we don't care about timing it.
No wonder they've stopped making 4 stars like XQ, XL or Benny. These 3 will probably be at the top for a long time or even forever, considering the recent trend of 4 stars (very niche kit or just mid)

As you have his C6 (probably), it is definitely a good combo if you have him as a dps/sub-dps. You deal pyro dmg which is what you shown us in the vid. And that attack actually gives extra damage.
My benny already C6 but I still included him in xiao team, just because I don't have any other healers, and I'm too lazy to build them. and it turns out C6 benny isn't so bad. he gives quite a lot of dmg than when I'm still C5.

I'm pretty sure that fully charged is more damage and you can prevent the knockback while in fantastic voyage or when protected by a shield.
It's not, I personally calculated, the damage is nearly the same however with the lower cooldown, half-charge will always have the higher DPS
It deals135% based on second charge with less cooldown
So its nearly to 3 charges
Here’s another fun fact if you use Benny ult you can use his level 2 charge without any blowback also😂😂😂

You have a shield on you can do Bennett's full charge and not have to deal with the draw back
But takes more time and the c4 is the best at being "fully charged"
Just give him E skill like Xinqiu's skill, he won't bounce back anymore even with full charge
