@@ArxGaming67cause GT has the weakest fight Choreo of the whole series. It’s hard to pick what you would wanna reference. And then what would you make his super outside of dragon fist, and a kamehameha that’s red. Sorry but as much as I love(Defend)GT the fights were never it’s strong suit
At least with the Kid one you can fuse the concept of Kid Goku, and GT Goku.
While I will admit was a rather basic fighting game one of my fav fighting games that felt like had a good amount of defensive options was Pokken even if they were rather basic. You had an universal block, an "ultimate form" that would push the opponent back so returned you both back to neutral, counter attack and then also could do a slight forward or backward dash out of your counter in order to approach projectile spam. And that was just universal for every character. Sadly do not think Pokken 2 will ever be a thing.
My personal opinion is when you block someone’s mixes and blockstrings and they just cant open you up. To me thats an even bigger flex than doing flashy combos lool blocking to me is the ultimate form of disrespect. Lol

I agree with the description, Bluegeta's 214H is way too ignorant now and should've never been a thing. Yes, you can avoid it by crouching, but for what it does, being a solo-confirmable, ki blast immune, advancing move with guard point, it has to at least be way more punishable with increased recovery since it's a DP in all but frame 1 invul.
Not saying GT Goku isn't also bonkers since he also got guard point on a move that doubles as a movement option, but at least its landing recovery makes it feasible to punish on reaction online rather than committing to a read. You can't even reliably 2H Bluegeta's 214H without delaying it a bit since you just get snatched out of it.
Genuinely who thought an invincible command Grab that gives 50/50 mix(I think) and allows you to combo after it was a good idea

Tekken has always had strong defensive options. Itsjust in 8 they nerfed alot of defensive play and create alot more checkmate situations. Forcing people to just take the "mix" which isn't standard for tekken as you always had multiple options as a defender.
I came to this game right out of naruto storm 4, there we have shit ton of ways to break combos so I was kinda shocked when I learned that If I get touched I just have to watch my character being beaten to death
The only defensive option I think tekken ever had was low parry but that only works on lows and most of the time you’re getting getting hit by highs and mids so low parry is kinda like there to be there and I think it scales combos even when you hit a low parry so it doesn’t really reward you for hitting it

blocking is part of fighting, ever seen a boxing match? Not wrestling, some idiots get those confused. Im talking about boxing. Or if you don’t really know much about that, im sure some weebs can find a Japanese fighting style that is mostly blocking.

Maybe it’s just the circles I’m in, but rage quitting seems to be an epidemic in fighting games now. FighterZ, SF6, Tekken 8, I haven’t actually played Tekken 8 online, but I hear it’s pretty bad. Mfs just do not hold Ls.
Still the best dragon ball game and feels like it will retain that position for a few more years
