I feel for Chuck! Being a parent is hard when they are all grown up. You add spouses in the mix and it gets even harder. We love them all and want them to get along!
When people marry; they become one. So Libby’s dad needs to treat Libby and hubby as one unit and not overly over provide for Libby and hubby above the others. That’s why they feel bad.
Technically, it's his business and he can run it however he likes. Libby has been struggling, so it seems natural Chuck'd give him a leg up to get them back on track so they stop having to borrow so heavily from him. Andrei is actually working for his keep now, supporting their sister and niece. They act like they'll never get work ever again and it's hilarious.
@GapYear I think the issue is the other siblings are working for their Dad not the spouses....Andrei adds a different dynamic to the work environment. Siblings can disagree all day with their Dad and each other then forgive and forget but Andrei being added to the scenario complicates things. Him sticking his nose in sibling drama, business decisions.... that's bound to create strife in the family. Let Libby work with her siblings and Andrei work independently from the family to keep the peace
