The fact that In This Moment released their entire album on RUclips is what convinced me to buy the album; Show me that it's worth the money, and I'll happily buy it, and this album is nothing short of spectacular.

What I love about this album is that even if Maria doesn't explicitly practice witchcraft or magick, she still has a deep understanding of the universe's energy and has respect for the history and culture. She knows what she's talking about. Being a witch is about claiming your power, finding yourself in the universe and what it all means to you. Its about your growth and betterment and health, about being kind while not letting people step on you.

Haunting History åå
My understanding is that the Witching Hour actually starts at midnight and ends with the completion of the 6th hour, the time when the 7th hour begins. The time between 7:00 and 8:00 is the time to wrap everything up and leave one small, well contained candle going, preferably one of those Catholic Santeria type candles, as they last the longest. Make sure you put the candle in a bowl of water and keep it away from curtains, tapestries, pillows, etc. you can balance it in the middle of the kitchen sink or place it in the bathtub with shallow water, if you’re paranoid about fire. This will keep the magic ( or “magick” ) going all throughout the day and evening.
Day candle color? White, or light blue, but other colors ( even oranges, golds, ambers, browns and greens ) have their own energies and magic. Candle colors for the midnight Witching Time ( 12:00 - 7:00 )? Dark blue is best. Violet and purple are second best.
I use a white and black candle with a dark blue candle in the center. At 7:00 ( the hour of God? ) I leave the white candle going and add a light blue one. Sometimes, I’ll include a gold or brown one, if I need to become grounded. I also light a yellow candle at 12:00 noon ( or shortly thereafter ).
Then to simplify things, I would burn 1 white and one black candle. During the day, I would burn a light blue or yellow candle in between the two. Then at midnight, I’d swap the yellow candle with a dark midnight blue one. The energies and spirits are fairly easy going. People develop their own systems and patterns, often with great success. Be sure to scoop some of the soft wax ( tallow? ) out of the black Catholic candle, so that the white one outlasts it by at least a few hours. If there is a “Santa Muerte” ( Saint ( or “Saintess” ) of Death sticker on it, you will DEFINITELY want to soak the glass contained candle in warm water for about an hour, and scrape that evil thing OFF!!! And then, you’d be wise to use some sage and “smudge” it real good before putting it to use!!! Add some Rose of Sharon, lavender or “love” oil to give it better vibes and fragrances. When the last candles burn out, start it again as soon as the last one goes out. Well, have fun. Develop your own pattern. Whatever works for you.
