So many tears shed and the Maracana Stadium was the biggest above the ground swimming pool on that day. Sitting in Germany I felt bad like I did something wrong and thought "please stop scoring" after 5:0. This extraordinary game makes fans think and act different than they use to

He inspire greatness especially from the defence 😂 When you think about it, there's not that many people can really say they won against prime Messi (I don't think its more than 50, 100 just to be safe. 20 per club at least.)
After the World Cup 2014 in Brazil, which Germany won. There were 2 bonus throphies given to Lionel Messi as best player of the tournament and to Manuel Neuer as best goalie. 13:45 The guy you see crying there is Mauricio Pochettino, the Spurs manager at the time. He's crying like that because he won, not because he lost, and got Spurs through to the Champions' League Final for the first time.
I'm going to translate what is being said at 15:55 in french because what he said was powerful. It was right after France won the World Cup in 1998, our first. "Je crois qu'après avoir vu ça, on peut mourir tranquille. Enfin, le plus tard possible, mais on peut." "I believe that after seeing this, we can die in peace. Well, as late as possible, but we can." It was so unexpected for France to win for the first time this year. No one saw it coming. My parents always tell me that even our 2nd world title in 2018 could not top the first. Which means it must have been the craziest time ever because I will always remember summer 2018 as one of the best of my life !
Jackson Irvine and Connor Metcalfe (Australia) play with us in Hamburg at FC St. Pauli. They are both crowd favorites and intend themselves with the values of the club. Against - homophobia - Racism - Discrimination - Football commercialization
I've always played as a goalie when I played football from like 4-16 years old in clubs etc. I absolutely loved it. A keeper is such an important player on the field and many people forget about it, when you got a real leader in goal for example like "Buffon" was for my club Juventus, it usually changes the games in a way you wouldn't expect. Def in the latter stages of the game when it gets hard in the last 10m and you need someone to be able to look at the field from all angles. Coaching your defense to stay solid etc edit: Besides scoring a goal to me there's nothing better than being able to float in the air and save an insane ball that would've been a goal. You just feel like you're on top of the world with everyone cheering, such a nice feeling.
The goals are really nice and all but you gotta understand the context of them. The Germany world cup goal was an overtime goal, the bicycle kick by bale when you commented how athletic he is, was a champions league final game. Scoring such a goal in a Final makes it 100x more insane.
Some of this not-so-impressive goals were important because of their context, I hope you noticed to those too (not only in the Germany-Barzil game) to better understand the commentators enthusiasm and why they were selected for this video
7-1 Game clearly sold! Corruption spoke louder in this game! This had a lot of Dollars, Euros and Libra involved! In the end, Corruption and Germany won.
Football a sports with lot of emotions , fans , love , comebacks , rivalry, friendships , gods , legends , GOATS , great clubs , rich clubs etc You name it you have it .
The Roberto Carlos's goal was just once in a lifetime goal. Nobody I mean Nobody could recreated the goal in the future. That's the hardest free kick goal in the world. Even CR7 & Messi could not do that. Only Roberto Carlos himself.
13:07... Nah, I can't keep explaining these 🤣 OK wait. This is a champions league playoff game. Psg vs Barcelona. They play 2 games, one at home and one at the opponents home. Psg won the first game 4-0 and Barcelona needed to get a sum of goals to outscore psg in the next game. Psg scored 2 goals and Barcelona scored the 6th goal in the very very very last minute. (but that makes it a draw you say 6-6 total) yes indeed but the tram who scores more away goals goes through (this doesn't apply anymore) and so Barcelona made the comeback possible.
saw Germany's goal from 2014 WC finale and started crying, God how much can just a game hurt, but the joy of our absolute win this month must not be eclipsed by old griefs.
7:13 I want to explain to you the importance of this goal. The premier league is the toughest country league in Europe, it's England's league. Manchester city hadn't won the league for a long time and Manchester united was on the brink of becoming champions. Both teams were playing at the same time against different opponents and Manchester united only needed a draw to win the league in case Manchester city didn't win. Well... A game has 90 minutes and a few more minutes decided by the referee according to stoppages and so on. They normally give +3 +5 +7 but could be more it really depends. But, Aguero scored this last minute goal and that's why they were celebrating in that manner. It gave them the championship when all thought they would lose it. Aguero played I think 5 more years after that and became a legend to the club, he has unfortunately been rendered unable to keep playing football due to a heart condition which forced him to retire quite early 😔 they built a statue of him and placed it outside the stadium, this doesn't happen to just any player 😅
I can clearly remember listening to this match on the bus ride home from work (sucks having to work on a match day) and by the time our bus had got from the bottom of the hill to the top - 2 or 3 minutes max, Man city had scored twice and won the league. I'm not a Man City fan but I cheered anyway. Anything that stops Man Utd from winning can't be bad. If that happened in a movie you just wouldn't believe it.
i just cant get as amazed by other sports, some of the things these players do are just unbelievable, i play football 2/3 times a week so playing it u know how hard it is to do what they do
I got chills just watching this video. Football is pure emotion and, for many europeans + South Americans, pure religion and lifestyle. Dedicating your life to a club is like marry someone,. You laugh, you cry. Only with a football club it does last forever. Football fans are NOT hooligans, only 1% of it.
No mention of the greatest striker the world has ever seen. He was a Braziliasn named Romario, he didn't do anything fancy but he stuck the ball in the back of the net more often than anyone in history. He played during the 80s and 90s and into the early 2000s. He played into his early 40s which is very old for a forward. To put his career in perspective a striker who has scored 200 career goals is sought after, 300 goals is world class. Christiano Ronaldo has scored 700 career goals and is 37 years old. Ronaldo scored over 1000 career goals. He also partied like a maniac.
Also, the brief clip of Robert Lewandowski was when he came off the bench (substitute) at half time in a Bundesliga match between Bayern Munich & Wolfsburg and unbelievably managed to score FIVE goals in under 9 minutes. A feat never achieved before and most likely never again. It was incredible to watch.
I know there's always the Messi vs CR7 debate. But don't get suckered in, there is no debate. Lionel Messi is one of if not THE greatest footballer to ever exist. CR7 has had a truly outstanding career and he deserves recognition for what he has and still continues to achieve. But ask any coach in the world if they could only have one of them for 10 years at the peak of their powers I guarantee over 90% are taking Messi. On a personal note it's easy to see why Messi is so highly regarded, but I'm a bit older and I watched players like Pele, George Best, Cruyff, Ronaldinho, Maradona and my personal fave of all time, the REAL Ronaldo, the Brazilian R9. He was truly special and had he not had some horrific injuries we'd have seen someone who enters every single best player of all time conversation.
“ The real Ronaldo “ Like Cristiano is a fake and isn’t miles better than his Brazilian counterpart and there’s a reason Cristiano is only mentioned with Messi they are the two best the sport has ever seen.
Very sympathic video. As a German or probably in general as a European it's hard to imagine that there are people out there that don't know most of these players, etc.
As someone that is playing as a goaly u can say...It is the Hardest Position...You are the Hero when the Win and the Bad one when the Team lose...So you are so or so the one to blame or the be proud of
Huge video, just forgot to add the Clubs World Cup when south Americans won against Europeans, like Sao Paulo 2005, Internacional 2006 and Corinthians 2012, that was epic
Well, the game lasts 90 minutes, there are a few of those moments in there. When I actually watch it, I only watch a recording after I researched when the goals were scored and fast forward, then it is fun.
To understand each goal in this video you need to know the history behind each goal. It's not only the beauty of each goal but also the importance of each goal. This is the beauty of football. The feelings.
Football fans don't fight always. It's only when rival match happens. Especially Manu vs Liverpool and Barcelona vs Real Madrid fans.. They're rivals for more than 50 years. You should check out the crowd when they're playing especially at Anfield. Nobody felt safe there. Even Sir Alex Ferguson mentioned once Anfield atmosphere are top notch and never seen anything like that before.
Yes it’s an advantage for soccer player to be small as the game is mostly played on the floor and you need balance to collect the ball and pivot in different directions closer to gravity
Which part of Australia are you guys from as it sounds like some of this is new to you? Football (soccer) is probably the most popular football code in my region. Every time I watch that video i get tears in my eyes. So beautiful
13:45
The guy you see crying there is Mauricio Pochettino, the Spurs manager at the time.
Enfin, le plus tard possible, mais on peut."
"I believe that after seeing this, we can die in peace. Well, as late as possible, but we can."
It was so unexpected for France to win for the first time this year.
Against
- homophobia
- Racism
- Discrimination
- Football commercialization
What a lovely and pleasant reaction. All the best! Only love!
7:05 one of the saddest momest of my early life lol i was very young and wanted Argentina to win.
I can remember all of them moments, I the chills just can't leave me right now
I've always played as a goalie when I played football from like 4-16 years old in clubs etc. Coaching your defense to stay solid etc
edit: Besides scoring a goal to me there's nothing better than being able to float in the air and save an insane ball that would've been a goal. You just feel like you're on top of the world with everyone cheering, such a nice feeling.
I always get chills. I've lived and watched a lot of this moments live . Awesome .. best sport ever. Na just a sport for some is a drug , a religion
Football Association ⚽️ 💚
From Brazil 🇧🇷
As a Brazillian i dont care(that much...) about the 7-1 clip, but man, only one clip from Ronaldinho? this is criminal
7-1
Game clearly sold!
Corruption spoke louder in this game!
This had a lot of Dollars, Euros and Libra involved!
In the end, Corruption and Germany won.
Brazil were just shit
Football a sports with lot of emotions , fans , love , comebacks , rivalry, friendships , gods , legends , GOATS , great clubs , rich clubs etc
You name it you have it .
Football is a beautiful game. I can't convince anyone this but it's the truth :)
I remember the first time I watched that video, it genuinely brought tears to my eyes.
football is a religion
I saw here so many games that made have a tears in my eyes and I wish to see them again
Look up the quote from Bill Shankly, Liverpool manager from years ago. One of the best managers ever
Football isnt just a sport, its an art, full of pride, passion, ups and downs.
Great watch, would love to see you guys react to more football
Football fans are just Passionate more than any other sport... simple
All this emotions only with one ball.
Football is amazing !
This is real football.
"AGUEROOOOOOOO!!! I SWEAR YOU'LL NEVER SEE ANYTHING LIKE THIS EVER AGAIN."
Gives me goosebumps every time.
This video will make you cry everytime ❤
Great video,salutes from Monterrey mexico,
Respect from Morocco Morocco 🇲🇦❤️
You guys are beautiful
8:25 - "Dennis Bergkamp... Dennis Bergkamp. Dennis Bergkamp! Dennis Bergkamp!!! Aaaaaah!!!!"
As someone that is playing as a goaly u can say...It is the Hardest Position...You are the Hero when the Win and the Bad one when the Team lose...So you are so or so the one to blame or the be proud of
*shows maradona’s hand ball goal as a beautiful futbol moment*😂 8:10
very good reaction, keep it coming more football stoff.
Huge video, just forgot to add the Clubs World Cup when south Americans won against Europeans, like Sao Paulo 2005, Internacional 2006 and Corinthians 2012, that was epic
Congrats on making it to the next round!
Criminal that Thierry Henry wasn’t included in this video
Football is life. Genuinely, once you watch and pick your team ,you'll be hooked. 😊
The crazy thing about the bycicle kick from bale is that it was in the ucl final, so the biggest club tournament in Europe. legendary
It was actually England who called are NFL football and the others soccer.
That 7-1 really do hits like a truck considering how they got shamed on their own country, german was so damn ruthless 💀
Yes it’s an advantage for soccer player to be small as the game is mostly played on the floor and you need balance to collect the ball and pivot in different directions closer to gravity
Que chulo el vídeo, saludos desde España 🤙🏻🇪🇸
Which part of Australia are you guys from as it sounds like some of this is new to you? Football (soccer) is probably the most popular football code in my region. Western Sydney, central coast, Newcastle are all huge football areas. Many kids in our area live and breathe football. Long live the Socceroos!
Yea for real... I thought Aussies were pretty active in football...
But these are acting like dumbarse Muricans
What bout cricket bro..!! Is it popular there?
