In Primary and High School, we used to have boys who had these kind of mannerisms (Tomgirl) for lack of a better name. They used to like hanging out with girls and playing "girl games", and the girls took them as one of their own gender. These boys used to be teased, mocked etc etc by other boys. So lets not bury our heads in the sad and pretend as if they don't exist. The fundamental question that has failed society and religion is how to deal with this issue. There is so much dishonesty and societal taboos and religious condemnation that prevent these people to honestly express how they truly feel. So they hide and suffer in the struggle. Shame, guilt, self condemnation is what follows. To me, in this case, it seems an adult took advantage/abused a child with this condition, especially when the kid was in that stage of life where gender identity takes place.
