ITA: In questo video mi sono fermato in uno "ristorante di strada" aperto 24h dove fanno anche i tipici spiedini dello Xinjiang a base di carne di agnello arrostita con aggiunta di spezie MOLTO piccanti che fa parte della cucina tradizionale.
Lo Xinjiang e' una regione autonoma a nord-ovest della Cina, ospita vari gruppi etnici , il piu grande e' quello degli Uiguri di religione musulmana. Confina con i territori cinesi della Regione Autonoma del Tibet a sud, con le province cinesi di Qinghai e di Gansu a sud-est. Confina inoltre con: Mongolia ad est; con la Russia a nord; con Kazakistan, Kirghizistan, Tagikistan, Afghanistan, Pakistan e la parte del Kashmir controllata dall'India a ovest.

In this video I stopped at a "street restaurant" open 24h where they cook the typical Xinjiang food, among the many types, roasted lamb skewers with VERY spicy addition which is part of the traditional cuisine.
Xinjiang is an autonomous region in north-west of China, hosts various ethnic groups, the largest is Uyghurs, Muslim religion. It borders on the Chinese territories of the Autonomous Region of Tibet to the south, with the Chinese provinces of Qinghai and Gansu in the southeast. It also borders with: Mongolia to the east, with Russia to the north, with Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Afghanistan, Pakistan and the part of Kashmir controlled by India to the west.
