  • Sometimes the best way to experience a car is just to hear it. This review features the 2020 Mini Cooper Hardtop 2 Door Oxford Edition. It's available at this price to college students, recent graduates, and military, and it's a whole heck of a lot of fun for $20,000. Featuring a 6-speed manual and a torquey 1.5-liter turbocharged inline-three, this basic Mini is an awesome blend of economical and sporty.

Nice Mini if only it had the cloth seats and no sun roof, it would be perfect.

@@atomiccomet3176 not OP, but in tropical climates (where I live), more sun and hot leather seats is the last thing you want in your car, not even rich people here have cars like that for that same reason.

... The only MINI left with 3 pedals. Seems most are using a 7spd dct, while higher performance ones get an 8spd auto.

Fun fact, Mini actually offers a manual on most of their models! According to Mini PR, there's currently a delay in manuals for 2020, but by this summer, all of these models will have an optional 6MT: Cooper and S 2-door, 4-door (hardtop and conv), JCW 2-door hardtop, S Clubman and Cooper Countryman (FWD only). Now, how many people buy the manual? That's a different story :/

most dealerships are only stocking the loaded models.. you might have to buy out-of-state for a cheaper cooper or a manual one lmao
