    I got my first C2B a couple days prior to the 24.3 announcement. I thought I might get 1 rd of thrusters and C2B but with the box drop in method in this video, I got all 50 Chest to Bar!!! Can't believe I got all 50 in my first week doing them and scored RX 107. Enough to squeak into Quarterfinals in my first Open

    Thanks for this. Using it for 24.3. Question- I am level one basically. I have butterfly pull ups (not chest to bar) and can string like 6 in a row. I have not yet tried chest to bar. Should I try kipping chest to bar (I rarely ever kip- I always do butterfly) for the workout, or try strining a few butterfly chest to bar? (Even though I’m unsure I can do this)

    If you’re Kipping, you’re Not Doing Pull-ups.
