Making Truffles at Flying Basset Farm

Donna, Elli and Betty got together for a truffle making party. The centers were made the day before and chilled overnight so this video shows coating the centers in tempered chocolate and decorating. The video was shot in the Farm's new commercial building. This is our first video using our new camera (same camera I used to use at Metro), new USB overdub microphone and new editing software. This is also my first attempt at using my own voice for overdubbing. Mike Rowe makes it look so easy and maybe it is for some people. Our old computer totally died taking our licensed version of Premiere Pro and our old camera fire wire interface with it so this is almost like starting from scratch.
