I have 5 Osprey packs and a couple of old Osprey lumbar packs. The Radial is the best pack Osprey has ever made. It it a good gym pack and a biking pack. And the kickstand feature makes it easier to pack and load each day. It is the best pack I have ever owned.
@@Sammythakidd My recommendation is a little out of your range. I would go with the Radial 34. The fact that it has a separate internal pocket that can be used to carry shoes and a stretch pocket on the front in which you can tuck sweaty clothing makes it the only Osprey option for a gym bag. It also allows you to wrap a lifting belt around it and fit it behind the AirSpeed back panel. And it has a padded laptop sleeve.
Just ordered my Radial! Look forward to receiving it! Part of me wishes the Tropos had been more readibly available (in black, exclusively) but ready expecting this bag to check a lot of boxes.
Thanks for the comparison! I'm trying to decide between the radial and the Tropos. I found that the Tropos mesh back pushed against the back preventing any circulation when the pack was anywhere near full. Do you find that the radial does this as well?
Did I miss it, or did you mention the Expandability of the Radial from 26L>34L? (or is that exact one you have non-expandable?) Love the video, thanks!!
Is there any difference between osprey nebula and Metron?. Size more less the same, airscape in both. Capacity is bigger in Nebula. But somehow Metron is so much more expensive.
Could you please do a review on the new Osprey Parsec 26? So far, it received so many positive reviews on the internet but almost nobody (only 2) reviewed it on RUclips..
I am a current Grad student who is trying to save money on gas while getting some exercise in from home to class, my commute will be around 55-60 minutes. Im looking to be able to store my gym/regular clothes that I would wear between commutes and potentially a towel along with some food for my long days on Campus. I would also have my iPad/laptop along with a few extra school supplies. Which one would you say may fit my needs better considering the size difference between the 2?
With the larger size, the Radial might be the pack for you. That’s not saying that the Metron can’t hold all your gear, but with all your gear, you might want the extra space. With that being said, the Metron is roughly 20% lighter, so for an hour commute, you might want to save weight. Check out the full reviews for each pack as we dive deep into both these packs! I have the Metron right now and am using it for school the one thing I WISH the bag had that the radial has is the kickstand feature, if I only have 1 book and some accessories in the front pouch it completely flips over and the material makes it super slick on tile floors. Any solutions to this system? Is there anything I could add to the bag to make a kickstand feature?
Makes you wonder what they are thinking people would buy them for. The metron would be better suited to store clothes in but in the bigger size of the radial they could do 9ne bag with featurea from both these bags. I think they over think what peole need bags for.

What would be your recommendation for the best osprey backpack in the 20-30l range? I'm looking to carry a 15 inch laptop and gym gear

This is the exact content I needed! Thank you!!

Are these all one size only?
