Really amazing find from Eden festival, as a kid who grew up on hip hop and soul it's always great to find a band like you guys and just fully embrace the great music you're pushing out to the world
Great song with an outstanding video. Several years ago we were talking to one of the staff at The Cairn Hotel, Carrbridge and she was taking her mum to see Shooglenifty on Tiree the day after (they were both mad-keen fans of the band) .....now I can understand why!
I Was just clearing out a box of cd's, and came across Venus in Tweeds....gave it a whirl again and liked it. I wondered if you'd done much since and bumped into this. It's excellent. You've really developed and found a unique sound since the first album. The mix is great, and I'm loving the use of big deep reverbs to add dynamics. I've just ordered a cd of the album 👍

I went to the Corran halls to see capercaille back in the early90's and the backing band was shugglenifty...absolutly amazing...never forget it
