I was about to pay 1300 for that . And I already have the canopy and cricut machine 😆
Same!
How did it turn out? Was it pretty easy? I was looking into one and I’m like wait I have a cricut and a heat press maybe I could do it myself
Same
Now all you need is an iron. Save the heat press cost!
Same.
Something else to add as a service being someone just asked if I can print on a tent and I'm thinking in my head , why not! Thanks Josh!
Hello, what are your solutions for canopies that are UV protected or waterproofed?
Tailgating tents are often left in the heat, are used repeatedly, and crumpled up when placed back in their packaging. Can a customer reasonably expect a logo pressed in this fashion to last an entire year's usage, or would another method be better suited?
With compatible materials like he explains at the beginning. Your good to go. Asa it’s had its heat process and the proper time for the glue to fully adhere. You’ll year that canopy apart before that lettering comes off.
Can you anwsers questions on this vid? i know its 2015
What kind of heat transfer paper Did you use?
What temp for the press?
yes, what temp?
It will depend upon what kind of material you are pressing, for eg. if it's HTV siser 305 if sublimation 400 and so on. No reason not to be able to sublimate if it the covering is polyester.
How much should one charge to apply the vinyl?
It looks like you are using HTV. What temp and time are you using? What about using a Goof Proof Print? I have our logo already on Goof Proof from Easy Print. Do you think I could do this on the same material?
We used Fashion-FILM Electric in this video www.stahls.com/heat-transfer-material-fashion-film-electric We recommend reaching out to TransferExpress.com to find out about using Goof Proof.
Is it possible to press the laminated shopping bags?
I'm searching for a business to press a logo on my popup tent, and they have all declined. Can anyone help me?
You may want to search for a sign shop in your area.
did you print that with the cricut?
Wow!
Glad you like!
What vinyl do you recommend
It will depend on the fabric of the canopy - this chart is helpful www.stahls.com/heat-transfer-material-fabric-chart
How long should this design last?
Our materials are lab tested for 50+ washes (life of a garment) Since you're most likely not washing a tent in a washing machine, it should last indefinitely as long as the material is applied with the recommended instructions for the particular fabric.
My canopy day no heat and you still do it at low heat
It definitely depends on the material being used as well as the fabric of the tent/canopy. If it is not going to be laundered then you have wiggle room with the material, but the best practice is to find an inconspicuous spot on the tent/canopy to test first before a big application. This way you know if it can withstand the heat. Please refer to our Heat Printing Materials/Fabric Selection Chart as a reference as to which materials work best with which fabrics - www.stahls.com/heat-transfer-material-fabric-chart
What temp did you have press at?
What size is that logo?
Since this video was published a while ago, we're guestimating the logo to be roughly 40" in width.
what type of HTV and where can I get some?
Hi, you can purchase the Fashion Film Electric used in the video at the following link: www.stahls.com/heat-transfer-material-fashion-film-electric
Could we send you the tent and do it for us? How much would you charge to do it?
what size are the text 8" more or less ?
A best practice for oversized items is to use a ruler or tape measure to determine the print area and what size artwork fits within that area.
Why do people not just answer the question? I searched the comments for this one questions. Looks like you have a standard tent is my guess and she obviously like the size you used according to the video you showed at the end. How difficult was it to just answer the question smh wow
excellent idea.. I'm going to market these.
