It genuinely might be. Their old stuff is fun, Z1 is dope as fuck, but i think they perfected their sound somewhere between Space, Transit Blues (but specifically To the Key of Evergreen), and The Act.
I've gotta agree with you guys! Such a fantastic blend of their old sound with the new! Zombie 1 was favorite until z2 came out. While I still love the original, this just blew my damn mind haha

I love this entire EP front to back. But Nora and Contagion are the best to me. Those two songs are so good. I love the haunting sound of Nora, and Contagion gives me a mix of old & new TDWP vibes. Overall a solid 10/10 EP. Had this bitch on repeat for a while.
Re-visiting this cuz I'm seeing them, Erra, and Beartooth all together in a month and I'm insanely hype for it haha. I'll see ya soon on Twitch as well man
This was a great video, Hoop, you really should do more full album/ep reactions. Absolutely love it when content creators do this. So far, I think I've only ever seen you and Bogdan (Hard Core) do this.
All are amazing but I would say Nightfall has grown on me the most. I still need to learn to love Nora. I think my biggest hurdle is that Nora is all about momentum so the bridges and verses blend together for 3/4 the song. Still amazing stuff. Forlorn is God Tier.

you know what, heard a couple of theirs songs, went kinda meh cause i didnt pay attention to them, so never gave this a chance, but listening through it watching this, its actually really good. need to pay more attention to them, loved them when like their first zombies ep came out and with roots above and branches below album, but stopped after that.
I’m gonna be honest, I don’t think it comes close to the first album Z1 but this is still a solid ep but I personally just feel like they didn’t utilize enough low vocals like the first. Definitely gotta do a reaction to the first ep

The act is really a great album but if you want them at peak heaviness dead throne is a work of art for heavy full length albums.
