- Courteney Cox told Ellen she’s been binge watching “Friends,” and said she doesn’t remember a lot of what happened on the sitcom! She also commented on the fate of the highly-anticipated reunion special where she'll reunite with Jennifer Aniston, David Schwimmer, Lisa Kudrow, Matthew Perry, and Matt LeBlanc. Courteney then talked about friends who've contracted COVID-19, and gave advice to first-time moms on Ellen's Mother’s Day Show.

Friends is that one show that is great to have on whenever you are in the room, cleaning, cooking, or just chillin' and want to watch something that you can turn off easily without binging since you already watched all the episodes 100 times. 🙂

I lost my mother when I was really young in 2003 when she was 22, and something I remember was how much she loved Friends. It was her favorite show. I remember seeing it on the TV all the time. And now that I am 22, I've been getting addicted to the show and I feel like I've gotten closer to her (sadly I've just recently started watching all the episodes). I wish she could be here so she could've seen it to the end.
I'm so sorry for your loss!! That's an AMAZING thing knowing how much your mother loved Friends and being able to sit and think of her while your watching it. She's watching with you in spirit.. :)
Thanks guys, I appreciate it. ❤ it's been a hard and long almost 17 years, but its easier now. Plus I've delved into all the things I remember she loved and it feels great. I feel like she's there. I'm gonna go visit her gravesite next week for the first time in 3 years (I moved out of state with my love) and it'll be the first time I get to introduce them sort of. Lol. And it'll be great to visit her. Got a lot of catching to to do.

It's understandable when TV and movie stars don't remember much during the time of their projects. It's work to them, hopefully fun work, but work nonetheless. The memories that matter are with family and friends.
Also, even the most memorable episodes are just one week (or even one day) of work to these people. I'm pretty sure most of us don't really remember what happened at work every day.

I'm so glad Courteney is binge watching Friends! She deserves to enjoy it like all us fans have for years, especially considering all the hard work she and everyone else involved put into making such a great show. 💛 She must have seen at least a few episodes from other seasons besides Season 1, bc that Thanksgiving episode she was referring to was like Season 5 I believe. Season 1 Thanksgiving episode didn't have any flashbacks. Just a little trivia for y'all from a Superfan lol. Anyway, can't wait for the reunion!!

When my dad passed away, I just rewatched Friends over and over again and I could hear his laughter in my head. Friends made me feel good and happy when I was in a horrible place. It’s such an amazing show. I grew up with it. I saw the London episode live when I was very young. I remember having to wait for the next season desperately to know what happened after Ross said Rachel at the wedding. That was the first episode I ever watched and I remember being with my dad at home. I think I was 7 😱 I love all of the characters so much ♥️
