Join my teenage daughter and I as we talk about the ever-changing ideas on what beauty is. Thankfully, true beauty is not defined by others. We talk about true beauty and tips for parents to encourage their teens in healthy self-image and worth. My daughter joined me impromptu. She was watching me film and decided to join. I loved having this special guest:) I hope she'll come back next time!

I did and I like the way your daughter spelled out how body image has changed overtime. I think this will help a lot of young ladies.
