Question is.....why don't we have vacancies in core branches, which are the base for development of a nation?? Why do we have to switch, why so much big difference between these two sectors ?
That's the golden question no one really has the answer to.....Maybe it's because the time of core is over, IT/Software has taken over now

Most of the core branch students used to get into govt. jobs or other sectors be it now or 30 years back
reality is core branches never came in India, it is coming back now

1. Don't try to learn everything. (The industry changes quickly.)

Hey guys this is a personal question ..... I have got my admission into college for B . Tech in Electronics and telecommunication but i really wanted Computer Science ... I am doing 10th + diploma (Mechanical) + b.tech (2nd year in IT). The only problem that I am facing is that since I haven't done 11th and 12th math, so currently I am studying those topics which are required like calculus, linear algebra etc. Although this topics are included in the curriculum of 1st year diploma. If you study well in 1st year at least you don't have to fear in math. Other than that I didn't face any problem. Also in my state (West Bengal) you will find most 12th pass students will be your classmate in diploma. In my college there are only 2 students who took admission after 10th combining all 4 branches .Also do research on you own district or state, this will give more practical idea. Note: this is only my experience. Don't take decisions based on my view. Thank you
