Without a cap you're looking very wizardly! (and that was meant as a compliment) I have some of that SW material in a couple of OHCs. Very nice art in some of that by the late John Cassiday.

That’s true. I saw that on the cover and forgot to mention it. I love the compliment.

I really enjoyed the comic series SM-American Alien. They had beautiful covers; I sent them all to Nate; but I will always remember them fondly.
Never read Any Star Wars books, comics, etc. I am a die hard Star Trek fan, so it would be a sin if I ever touched a SW book LOL!
Nice that you were touched by a SM story. In all the decades he has been around, there have been so few truly touching SM. It seems like writers save all the good stories for other characters sadly, because writing for SM must be super hard due to his limitless powers. Thanks so much for the review!!!

I like both but I tend to lean toward Trek. It was a surprising turn of events because initially I didn’t like Up in the Sky very much.

@@garagegeek4863 Well make sure you do now my friend.... The Universe is a marvel to behold when the night is clear. It is like an endless ocean with little diamonds floating in it. 🤗 BTW.... Maybe if you have a few minutes this weekend, I can ask you more about doing live shows LOL

Youve got me excited for that Superman American Alien book! When a modern writer gets Superman right, it’s kind of thrilling (to me at least).

Though i didn’t like that Tom King Superman series…it seemed dumb, in its details, to me, at the time i read it in the Walmart 100 pagers. I thought it showed King doesn’t get, or at lest doesn’t like superheroes . ….maybe i should try it again…

I was thinking how if I were reading it separately over time how disjointed it would be. Finishing it in almost one sitting it came together.

Great reviews!!! I really enjoyed it. You have peaked my interest in the Superman collections. I have part of the Batman Hush story. I'm going to try to get the rest of the books to read.

Thank you. I’m probably gonna get rid of these. I’ll have to split them between you and Haul - you both like DC.

Great reviews. I'm going to check out that Superman america alien. I haven't read maybe a couple of Star Wars books. Star Trek fan.

I’m finding I like both - there are great writers for both camps. I’ve been checking out the novels as well.

This was an excellent video. Your reviews were engaging to the audience. You were very much like an excellent college professor presenting a well-prepared lecture. I thoroughly enjoyed this video and I hope lots of people see it to see the kind of intelligence that you bring to your show.

You make me want to read books I would never have considered. (but probably never will.)
