What a brilliant video. You deserve so many more views! While listening to this video, I updated my vision board, used some aromatherapy oils (smell really works for me) and added some happy photos to my shelves. My environment now reflects something more positive and hopeful!
Thank you for your videos, wisdom and compassion.

Thank you so much for your kind words! I'm thrilled that you found the video helpful and that you're already putting ideas into action. It’s amazing how small changes to our environment, like updating your vision board or incorporating aromatherapy, can have such a positive impact on our mood and mindset. Research shows that engaging our senses-whether through smell, sight, or sound-can really help in regulating emotions and creating a more uplifting atmosphere.
I love that you're curating your space to reflect positivity and hope. Our surroundings play a huge role in our mental health, and it sounds like you’ve created a space that not only lifts your spirits but also helps you stay aligned with your goals and well-being. Keep experimenting with what works for you, and don’t underestimate the power of these seemingly small, intentional changes-they can be incredibly grounding.
What other sensory experiences or small environmental shifts have you found helpful in supporting your mental health? And how do you think these practices can support you during more challenging days?
