Also, "Whose Making' Love" by Johnnie Taylor (also The Blues Brothers).

And his right hand plays kinda rhythm guitar part, and bass plays kinda guitar part above 15th fret. Later bass goes down to bass. But the tune begins with synth bass in left hand of keyboard player. A pickup cover that was used to hide the pickups when the jazz bass was in its early years of production, because Leo Fender didn't like the look of them. Now people use it more for familiarity or looks.
