Hello, as a finnish persons perspective YES u can do it you can go to cold from sauna and back to sauna thats how we do it anyways most of people in a winter time we dip ourselves in a ice cold lake and go to sauna or some do it even without sauna 😅🤪✌❤

Omg this is going to sound strange to some but to me its just incredible because i’ve been waiting for a sign.. so basically this video was in my recommended, even though its from 8months ago, and the first song in the clip is literally my FAVOURite song ever!! (amber by 311) and THEN you mentioned you went to The Bahamas which I just did as well!!! I literally cried when you said you felt like you belonged on the beach because i felt that deep!!
