    I thought lions pawing the ground was not from practices of burying their food, but from burying the kills’ stomach which is full of acid and grass and is smelly which will attract other predators since they dont want to eat it and it just sits there, leftover

      @stellarwind1946 2 месяца назад

      All parts of a kill are smelly. It’s likely done to prevent it from spoiling the rest of it.

    This is one of my favorite videos. I have seen videos of a pride of lions in an area which climb and lay in trees, another area where villagers feed lions every night so lions don't attack the people, another where generations of monkeys have learned to be quiet when lions are hunting, not alerting that they are in the area. For this, the lions never attack the monkeys. I've also seen another video about lions living in a water area, not sure if it's this same area. I'd love to see a video put together of all these different, alternative ways lion prides have adjusted to their environments.

    These Lion's aren't swimming. They are walking in water and not out of their depth!

      Yes, the footage that was used definitely showed this small pride walking in the water. However, the pride that was filmed for the eternal enemies documentary (buffalo specialists) were definitely swimming, tragically losing young cubs to crocodiles.

    Was a little disappointing, as it was about the people as much as it was about the lions.

    Human collar tracks them but when they injured why don’t they nurse them back to health. They want to disrupt the lions lives of collaring them so they should nurse them back to health also. Just saying

      All reruns because most likely these lions didn’t last too long in the delta. If theses lions were that big National Geographic would be in this year round

    The lions share the islands Derrik and Beverly Jobert has studies these lions for years it there home. They are the largest lions in all of africa and the zarro pride only hunt buffalo. The lioness look like males with really thick necks and chest. I watch a liones take a buffalo cow by herself .

    😮What are they doing¿😅?
    29:00 Hyena Lesbianism¿
    No-one even dared to touch that one¿
    They'd rather leave that part alone, leave it for another type of a documentary.
    Maybe they should-a left it out?

    But the lions are NOT swimming in the real sense. They are walking in the water. So the title is somewhat misleading. Tigers do swim. In this documentary they show paws of a swimming animal, but when the lion is shown in full it is walking in the water
