The el nino (drought) in the Philippines is ending now, I don't know if the people did what I told them to do with the salt to make it rain. I discovered this 5 years ago. Ever since then, the state where I live never have droughts anymore because I throw salt on the ground when no rain for a month.

I have a question, so what if my nuisance neighbor lives upstairs from me? Where do I put the salt? 🧂 he makes a lot of noises he’s a young guy who really has no consideration for us living down stairs from him. We’ve spoken to him many times and he’s rude. He makes loud noises real late at night from 9pm he starts and stops at like 5am. My husband and I work and we want our peace back ever since he moved upstairs it hasn’t been good here since Jan.
