If we're talking Halo spartans as far as I know they're all able to reproduce but have reduced sex drive due to training and chemical regulations from the augmentations.
I know about at least two Spartans IIs who had children. I think one was Maria, who retired from combat to start a family but still helps out with the UNSC by testing the new Mjolnir armors like MCs before the start of Halo 2. The other one is Randall from the Nightfall mini series who had a daughter.

space marines START as regular augmented ppl. but the longwr they age they essentially become a physical clone of their primearch because of the progenoid gland.
i honestly find women taller then me a turn off.. shes like my brother.. im already tall so its not that big an issue tho i feel the same way about muscles i prefer short curvy women that i can squish
