15:08 that is not a rental copy since UK rentals would come in bigger boxes. HMV is a UK entertainment store, they never rented tapes out but you could purchase entertainment goods and still can to this day (not VHS but DVDs, Blu Rays and UHD as well as games, CDs LPs T shirts, funko pops and other film and music crap). Also British currency is Pounds and Pence, 100 pence is 1 pound so it is 11 pounds 99 or £11.99.
