Sir, I applied for asylum on student visa. In the mean time after applying asylum, I have been diagnosed of thrombocytosis, a type of blood cancer, and have been attending follow-up appointments with the NHS for this cancer, which has added to my anxiety. I do not know the next course of action and have struggled to get legal advice despite trying for a long time. Please Can you solve my Queries.
I searched online and found that if you have a serious illness like this disease I have I can apply for asylum case priority.
I have no preparation for my Substantive interview because I am facing a huge dilemma.
And is this medical reason beneficial to my case even I can't prepared myself for the next interview and if I apply for prioritisation is it beneficial to my case?
