I don't believe war can be just or unjust as in the end war doesn't change and it will always be grey. The Nazis who fought a war for much the same reasons as Bismarck did but how the acted out their rule on captured territory made them an illugitamate government instead of an illugitamate war. Not trying to say they were right to fight the war but how it isn't always clear just by why they fight. Like a thing missing in just wars is the actions at the end of a war as do as much harm to a country like Germany after WW1 and you have lite a fuse to a possible explosion like ww2.
