I'm really trying to get my mid range defence down . At long guard with my outstretched lead Hand I'm just blocking and landing . Good foot work . Good head movement . Posting them moving there head into positions to hit it with my other hand. I can move in and out of range faster than anyone I ever spared with . Love it so long as I can keep it long range I'm winning . If I grab them I chuck them to the ground .
Between those ranges I'm getting bodied . The more it happens the more I panic trying to get back to long range or grab them . I don't know how to close that hole in my style .
