Same Problem, It is also got an empty page. When I google the problem, I found this comment "Empty LaTeX document
Change LaTeX encoding (LaTeX-to-Word Options, General page) and/or uncheck Always read LaTeX preamble option." but I cannot find the same option, any help, please?

Dear sir, when I enter convert document I got the following error.
Your current security settings do not allow this command to be used. Please change Macro Settings to "Disable all macros except digitally signed macros".

I have installed like you did but when I click on covert button a error pop-ups which says "word cannot replace this TeX document because it is currently open close this document and restart the module". Can you please help me figure this out ASAP?

Why not use pandoc for document conversion instead of using a proprietary software and cracking it?
Pandoc is free to use and can even do more that just that

When you start converting, it asks for some options. Have a look at those. Otherwise, try a fresh installation. Thanks.
