Man I wish you did virtual appointments, I have uneven traps and nobody can seem to help find a solution, my trap on my good side is half the size of my left. I'm so lost and it's such an annoying strain.
My collarbone is noticeably higher on my right side, the result of an overactive right trap I believe, and the over-activeness of the trap caused by thousands of hours playing video games on my PC where my right shoulder (mouse arm) is elevated above my left shoulder (keyboard arm). Or maybe my left lat is overactive. Who knows. I've just been doing neck stretches for a few days now and havent noticed any changes. I share my story to let you know you are not alone! With persistence I'm sure we can balance ourselves out
“That’ll be 999.99$ for a 30min a video call”. lol Guess the more clients & other income one has, the higher the pay has to be. Might come a time where some charge 2k for phone call session… I’ve seen that.
Watch his video about how to fix uneven shoulder, i was skeptical at first but thats the only thing that fixed my overactive traps and uneven shoulders
Dude, I need someone with your knowledge here in Australia. You know the body like no one else I have seen. You know exactly what is going on wiith anyone who comes to you. We need more people like you out there!
@@James_Eubank113 they post all their procedure even the ones that doesn't work. If one doesn't work after evaluation they reevaluate maybe it was another thing that was causing a problem. Don't talk shit if you don't know anything. They are giving free and credible information on the internet.
It has to do with the grip he initially had. Notice when his hands grab the bar in the front his thumb does not grab the bar. As it does the other way it engageed the lat. You have to grab the bar hard. It is not to hang on but to grab to pull up. Also the lift is done only with the shoulders and the biceps as they curl. The individual doing the exercise was not taught how to lift using his body. He is joint or skeletol lifting which causes this issue. First fix the hand distance according to his natural reach, and start by him climbing up into position and allow him to lower himself to warm up. Then begin the regular exercise. His shoulder blades should try to touch each other to start the movement as his arms move from this body movement you will turn your wrists slightly outward and flex your biceps as you straighten your legs and squeeze your butt checks to stabilize your body. As you get ready to come down, you push your shoulders to the front of you like you want to hug yourself. As you do your body will begin to fall, use your biceps flex to lower your body into the full extension. As you lower yourself you can push your elbows together in front of you to fully extend. This is proper body lift mechanics. It works on all lifts. If you do it right you will use all your muscle groups and have zero pains.
I think it's just a weird camera angle making his legs look skinnier than his arms at the pull up station. He looked more proportionate when he was doing the kettlebell raise
At this point its just getting stupid how often people are saying ''haha ju skip lug day!'' People have no idea how camera distorts everything. People have no idea what even a normal body looks like. People literally think that you don't even work-out if you as a bodybuilder wear a lose shirt and only think you look like you work-out if you are on steroids and looking like a magazine fitnes model or hollywood actor being a superhero. While all of these people, complaining, look like absolute shit themselves.
His legs are fine lol, you saw the back of his knee, and his thighs from a bad angle when he was doing the kettlebell exercise. Y'all just popping in the comments to hate is sad.
So often we see alt stiffness as a course of problems on you channel. Do you know what could be causing this to happen? Why is the lag getting stiff? And I don’t want a stretching routine to prevent lat stiffness. I want to know the cause to resolve the source of the problem and not the symptom. Do you have anything on that?
Impressive arms and upper back. Mid, lower back and legs much less so. Typical of people who specialise in some areas and underperforme in overal strength and 'real world' movements like 'moving furniture and picking up shit'.
My right shoulder had subluxation and every time I go for a pull-up it feels like I’m guarding or favoring one side. Should I still preform theses stretches?
Hmm. Isn’t this kind of like the previous videos where the other arheletes shifted to one side? If I remember correctly the fix was small pulls, pause, repeat and some stretches. But the fix in this video doesn’t have that hang ?
I wish I could see you I've had rotator cuff problems for a while and I have lots of weakness on presses and the exercises I'm doing for the rotator cuffs have slightly helped and so have the stretches but I don't know how to fix my shoulder
Is this true? I mean if his left lat was more flexible, then how come his left hand didn't go as much up as right when testing, it's all opposite, doesn't make sense. Can someone please confirm.
I tilt to the right , my left shoulder , shoulder blades and whole left hand hurt like hell even while trying get into start position. Can't do y raises as it puts load on my shoulders, left serratus anterior doesn't works as i feel pain in middle of the upper back , what should i do?

I'd love for this man to just fix the whole lot of me up 😅
This is an excellent example of observation and execution regarding a problem. This gentleman is great at his work
Those triceps are insane
As always great work!!
Dude's a straight up magician. Please take me as a pupil and fix my wonky body from head to toe.

I love how it always instantly fixes the problem. Would be fun if the video was like. We tried. Still nothing happened
Selection bias, those that don't work don't get posted, although who knows, this people might just be experiencing placebo

These videos are even more satisfying than those zit popping ones!
This was really helpful, feeling the difference instantly
That’s my main problem when doing pull ups
Nice solution. Well thought out.

Needed this one. Thanks!
Sick back brother
Nice work. He needs to fix his wrist position while holding the kettlebell overhead. His wrist is over extended.
Bro skipped leg day since forever
Are these solutions something that are required for every session or does the problem eventually go away?
Dope fitmap trainer!
squat uni i really need you lmao I have so many weird issues in my exercises
Tell him to stop skipping leg day 😂
Tell me you're jealous of this guy's arms without saying you're jealous...

Good job, daddy.
Have the same issue with pullups and lat on the right is indeed more tight but I also have a lot more external on the right side.
That man is huge
Where are you located. I've got a whole Lotta bad shoulder you can look at
I need a doctor like you near me 🤣🤣
Here I am unable to do one pull up.
It's so much easier to do this when they actually have a workout routine.
Some people don't like doing exercise. And I don't get those people.
Nice. Should he maybe do leg day now?
LMAO no time ! Beach muscle only

waaaaaaah! leg day! waaaaaah! leg day! You need huge legs to take up 2 airplane seats and to walk like a penguin.
Попробуй делать растяжку, после каждой тренировки 😁
while doing pull ups......my body pull up towards right side.......which led to growth in right side lat more than left side......
Wild how I’m having lat problems and this shows up 😮💨
Same bro
I have this exact same problem! What is the route to fix it?
Mind-blowing!
Stop skipping leg days
Too lazy to do any of these exercises to fix my problems. Great content though
Bro built like Joe Swanson 💀

wait that's exactly my problem, and when I'm deadhanging it feels like one arm is much longer or something and I'm shifting to one side.

"watch the arm.."
I looked at the calves first
Loooool dude is a tank from the waist up but below that hahah
Good thing I have invisible lat syndrome
I wish he had hir replica in India😢
Will he need to do that stretch all the time, occasionally, or just once?
Probably occasionally until it doesn't happen anymore. And if it happened again he just needed to stretch again
The dude seems to have longer arms than legs.
he skips leg day
@@chinnychinchin89 Tbf his legs seem fairly muscular, but they still look short
