thanks for watching
Great video. I just ordered a replacement chain and was considering replacing the absorbers if they need it. I was going to order a set in advance just in case, but after watching this video I think I'll just pull the wheel off tonight and check them first. Also, love the the "disclaimer" near the end. I often torque items to around 5000 milli-fuckits.
I got mine off in a hurry, to get the tire to a shop before they closed. I seem to have more washers that you, I guess between the caliper and swing arm. And of course I messed with the damn chain adjuster. Anyway thanks.
please subscribe and like I have some holiday film coming riding round some mountain and out takes and thank you for your comments
Thanks for the vid., have a flat on my 800 and was wondering if I should remove the wheel and take it to repair. Looks easy enough, will go for it!
+mosaicomx im glad that it might of helped , just take you time and take pic's as you change it you can look back if you get stuck

DON'T GREASE YOUR KUSH DRIVE! The reason your kush drive is falling apart is because, as you said, you grease them. I have the same bike with the same mileage and mine are completely fine. This is the same reason you don't use oil based lube with condoms! Petrochemicals break down rubber (and put holes in condoms)!
the kush drive was only checked due to the bad gear changing its a new second hand bike to me i had just bought, there was no evidence of any oil in side and the rubber was bone dry and the casting dry as you can see , i have always put a small amount of grease on them . the highest milage i have done on a bike is 42.000 miles which it was done ever 10.000 miles i never had one problem with it drying so i will still keep doing it . i agree with not putting wd40 as that drys rubber but they also sell silicon spray which helps against rubber drying , thanks for the comment ps grease is not a petroleum produce grease is a oil base produce
Oil is also a petrochemical unless you're making it from oil of plants or animals - which is not the case for automotive grease.
Couldn't hear the audio.
I will have a look
