I did the event. Need better prizes. Something I can display on my farm. The chores were often lengthy and offered few points. It wasn’t as enjoyable as the holiday events.
I hope if HayDay does add some more birds, they’ll add an owl or a cardinal (or both!!). I agree about the event. I love doing this type of event but it should be a special event to do with holidays or seasons not a weekly thing. It is an added activity and when you’re already doing the derby, Farm Pass, the Valley, and maybe even a global event, it can be a bit much. I was really pleased that I was able to be part of the Beta testing. I finished the event two days ago.
I agree, it's pointless and unfair to give you prizes you can't use or save. I think they're trying to give us more puzzle pieces and chic vocs because it is going to take people forever to get the animals if they don't buy the pass every month. Idk if it's the reason but I've noticed an uptic of puzzle pieces, they stopped for awhile during events now I've noticed boats come in wiyh a puzzle piece during an event. They shut things off and make it unfair for people that can't buy the pass. As far as the birds go, I can only feed 10 and after the 10 go to sleep I had 3 I feed so they will sleep, this has been a problem for months. I still have a lot of animals to get with puzzles and they're adding more this spring update. Anyway thank you for your videos. Have a great day/night.
This popped up on my little farm and I usually ignore these on that farm, I only did tasks that were either easy/quick or were already sitting on my machines. If this becomes too regular it will be ignored on all farms! As you said, interferes too much with regular game play!
I did this event also and was not happy about it and like you I am livid about losing all those puzzle pieces and I think they are coming out with a new sanctuary animal and would have had a nice start on it...HayDay says that there is nothing they can do about it...bull...they can do what they want...am so upset...
I enjoy the event bar to get special deco items. The problem I disagree with is the amount of points awarded especially for Jams. I also find that I get bombarded with several different jams or juices all at the same time or one after the other.

I did the event and I also have all my animals. I wrote the in-game Help & Supplement to ask if I would be able to keep the puzzle pieces or if I would just not receive the last prize. They answered back: “Yes, that is right, you will be able to use those Puzzle Pieces when other animals come. I hope this clarifies the situation. Kind regards.” So hopefully when the new animal’s arrive I will have puzzle pieces in the book.

The end was hard and even though I didn't need the puzzle pieces but I still wanted to get to the end and I had to spend a lot of diamonds to finish it up I didn't like the end like the others I've done in the past
I got this on my level 31 baby farm. Slow machines, mills, few fishing spots…I couldn’t finish. 12 hours for two pies tasks in one day…I refused to use diamonds. 😮
So the puzzle pieces are lost and not saved? Someone said that HD support told them the puzzle pieces are saved for when you get a new animal. When you get the new animal in the sanctuary catalog, you don’t have puzzle pieces already there?
I agree with everything you said, of course. For me, I tried desperately not to delete too many tasks. I also am trying not to use diamonds, and I barely finished. I think I only had four hours left. I can still use the puzzle pieces. But I agree that it wasn’t worth the effort for the prize we got. I also played different when we have one of these events because I let the things stockpile. And it gets boring not to be able to go into all my machines a few times a day to clean them out. Going to do the time I would like something that’s worth it. Please pass along my feedback.
I didn't like the event without it being a theme based with deco rewards. There was also way too many points needed between the basis rewards. Because there weren't other incentives, I didn't focus on the event and missed the last reward. Also, I felt there wasn't enough time for the event. Needs to a minimum of 7 days, not 5, to complete.
I didn't even make it to last prize level. Points too low for jam tasks. No deco items. Too many points needed in between goals. I usually like these special events but this one was lacking.

I managed to win the grand prize but I was sick of it by the end - 10 days was far too long. The grand prize was poor and there was nothing extra special for winning it either so I won't be doing that again - I will play only until I've won the last prize.

I was given the event on both farms but didn't have time to play so they just sat there. I wish I could have given them to someone else.

Not worth it… I gave up towards the end… the tasks were unrealistic and importo get done in the time they gave us.
Maybe you should be able to sell the pieces you can't use. I got the test and I enjoyed it
