Wonderful to see another on of your FlossTubes. I didn’t think I would like the Etsy Town patterns because they really are not my style, but I LOVE THEM!!! And those Japanese style bags are to die for! The parasols bag is so cute. It’s so funny that you’re on a Japanese kick because I have been planning something special for Miss Cherry Blossom. She would definitely go nicely in one of those bags. Funny thing, I couldn’t think of the word for those so I immediately went to umbrellas and thought; “No, that’s not right,” and then you said parasols and a light went off in my head. Thank you for all the inspiration!
I love seeing the mini Japanese garden come to life. With the mountain sunset I prefer the circle version too, it helps draw the eye up the lines in the field to the sun setting. Parasols may have been needed earlier in the day before the sun set ☺️🪡✨💜

Lovely projects and finishes, I now have to go to patchwork rabbit and get that house, the sunflowers and cows are a must have. Have just put the Japanese garden in my basket, Have see a few people doing all the mini full coverage from this seller and I would like to do quite a few of them. Your circular flowers on a branch is so pretty, Lindsi. Backstitch just brings things to life. The rabbit in theater truck would stand out more with a little backstitch, but American designers don't seem to use it as much as the Eastern European designers. I just purchased Autumn Street an Autumn Houses last week. I love Autumn patterns.

I recently purchased Serendipity designs Ming Peony, inspired by some of your haul - it would work beautifully in the parasols bag!

But I had the thought this morning of doing them separately and making a quilt (never made one 😬) but I think I would need to go up on the fabric count. But I was thinking of 40 ct pearl grey or 32ct vintage grey by zweigart. Basically I’m not settled yet and need supplies
