Making a tea extract is the easiest tea brewing technique to make a variety of tea drinks including hot, chilled, lattes and even cocktails. It is so easy to do and is a never fail method that can be prepared in advance. Whether you are preparing it at home or in a cafe, this is a must try. My top tip is to use this method to experience in a wine glass which is perfect for tea pairing with food, much like a wine flight. I will be posting more videos on this. Happy sipping!
