The arm attempts were some of the first twitch streams that i properly watched and i gotta say they were some of the most entertaining and intense runs of ROR2 ive ever watched and that victory was truly memorable thank you woolie for the awesome content

I always pick up incinerator drone just because it may help me on phase 4 of mithrix lol. Picking up plasma shrimp is the scariest thing to do since I've died a lot of times to that
I once accidentally picked up a spare drone parts as Loader on stage 5. My ass got fucked - hard.
@@danilio8 as far as i'm concerned now mithrix doesn't get to use spare drone parts anymore

Well freaking done! This gamemode is craazy. I've been grinding attempts on it and I got all the way to charging the pillars and died there. Gonna get it soon though!!

yeah dude this gamemode is no joke you just gotta keep on playing it and you'll get better at it trust
(also something good to note lesser wisps, greater wisps and blind pests will be the death of you so always watch out for them on this mode) good luck on your runs!!

Fun fact. If you want to make it even harder you can use diluvian artifact on top of the difficulty and also artifact of king. I am trying to beat that sht for weeks now, it's fking insane.

Hearing Blade of the Ruined King again at mythrix reminded me how close you got before you lost your closet run to beating Armageddon in your last highlights video (because it played in that run too)

I know this video is 2 years old, so there's almost no way you see this woolie, but man oh man. This is genuinely my favourite risk of rain 2 video. This is not the first time I'm watching the video, in fact, I occasionally rewatch it just for fun and man, it's so much fun. Every single time, without fail, I get so hyped on the mithrix fight. The intro is fantastic and sets the mood perfectly. There's a bunch of close moments that make the watcher clench their fists in anxiety, even though we know this is the winning run, because the intro made such a good job of showcasing just how dangerous this difficulty is. Anyway, the mithrix fight is my favourite part of this video. The pillars are super intense, but then the mithrix fight is not only intense, but also super hype, especially in that last phase. The absolute perfect timing of the music climaxing right when you get your polylutes back is just chef's kiss. Everything about this video is just perfect to me, and the ending couldn't have been more perfect. It is done. I don't know what compelled me to make this comment, because I've seen this video many times, but never commented. Either way, I'm happy to be able to watch this masterpiece of a video every once in a while. Seeing this live must've been so incredible, I'm actually jealous of the viewers who got to see it haha. Anyway yeah, 10/10 video, and I'll for sure be back again. Much love woolie

Would not advise, surprise one shots are pretty common, everythings too fast, and blind pest behemoth deaths are not fun
This game mode really isn't a fun difficultly, more like just stats up difficultly. Think of eclipse like using different set of tools to break down a wall and Armageddon like you using nothing but your own strength to break down a wall

Wouldn’t recommend. The difficulty is so stat-based that not getting insane RNG means that by late stage 3 if you’ll do negligible damage. Beating Armageddon is essentially just about getting incredibly lucky and being incredibly careful not to get hit.
