Hello, and thank you so much for these blogs and for your book. I find this topic quite interesting, and I try to keep up a bit on how this concept of cultural appreciation v. appropriation plays out in other areas as well. I appreciate your thoughtful and clear presentation of using our global store of folklore in a way that is respectful and authentic, and yet unique and creative.
These are great tips. And thank you for making us aware of the dangers of appropriation. As far as ideas for future videos, I would love to see your take on how writers who start late (in life I'm 50) could improve their chances of success in publishing, especially going the traditional route.

I'd like to see a video about balancing a writing career with everything else you have to do in your day, including a day job or family obligations.
Thank you for sharing these thoughts. This was helpful! 🖤

I find El Silbon really fightening and wan't to twist it into something I can use in my story as just a legend, not something we meet.
I'd like to see a video on how to make characters creepy.
This is a tricky topic, like what if your story was about a creature from another country that fled and came/hides in America?
