Gosh, there really are so many options, and a lot depends on required size, number of bedrooms, views and most importantly the exact location....i.e. does it need to be walking distance from amenities, on the beach etc etc. Personally, I always try to secure what I can afford in the best location, as the location is the one thing we can never change! Just a couple of corrections the works at Monte Halcones not for a car park but a control centre for the fire brigade which did away with the car park

In Spanish one never pronounces ‘h’ so it La Heredia is pronounced La ‘Eredia - nice video tho
