Hi Connel. Just one challenge this year instead of like 40. Anyway my challenge goes as follows:
Revive ECW as a third brand (on an equal level with smackdown and raw). Give it its own 3 hour A show and roster, as well as championship belts and so forth. Have this be fully established (the tv show existing weekly and have a world, women's, tag and mid card title all with champions) by SummerSlam 2023 at the latest. Also each ECW should should be its own challenge run episode obviously since it's an equal level show to smackdown and raw.
Goals:
-Have a Major Star or Star team with a Unimportant wrestler and have them win the tag team titles
-Have Jimmy Wang Yang win a Midcard Title
-Have Cena Win 24/7 Championship
-Veer Mahann Beat a Star/Major Star
-Make a Stable with the Leader being a Unimportant wrestler and the member being well know and above
-Have a NEW Unimportant Wrestler to ether Beat a Major Star/Star or Win a Title in there first match (24/7 title counts if it a match and not a segment)
-Make Corbin a Cult Leader and have a stable
-Have R-Truth have a divorce with the Hardcore Title (the Mother of the 24/7 title) and goes to court to keep his baby
-Have a Storyline that starts with someone pissing on someone grave because why the fuck not

-Danny DeVito comes to WWE and has a Love Triangle HAS to involve a Well Know and Higher Wrestler

-have a Major Star/Star gets hit by a train and out for 6 months
-have a Unimportant or Wrestler with lower than 30 pop beat a Well Know Wrestler than the wrestler quits and you HAVE to fire them
-Fire a announcer with over 85 Announcing or Colour
-Have a Champ Out for 3 months
-Have Ric Flair win a Midcard or Above title and have it for 3 Mouths+
-Have A PPV at a venue that holds 5000 and lower
-A well know wrestler in and ONLY IN the 24/7 Division for 3 Mouths
- Have a Loser Leave match with two Well Know wrestler

Build a new faction with an actual couple as the leaders, similar to The Way (Johnny Gargano and Candice LeRae)
Have a hot-potatoing of a championship
Goals:
-Mayu. Yeah, you’ll have to change her loyalty but at this point, the other two members of Threedom are in the Fed so…
-Amnesia Gimmick. An established person completely forgets who they are, and possibly changes their in-ring style to fit that but that’s just a bit of extra optional flavor
-Sponsored TV Episode. “The Board of Directors has made an amazing deal with a major company! They’ve agreed to take on all the commercial requirements for an entire episode of TV! But that comes with a bit of a catch, in that that episode is sponsored by the brand. Aside from commentary needing to mention the brand fairly often, your sponsor is also requiring at least one branded match and at least three separate angles that feature their product in some way!” Your call on what this sponsor company is
-Worked Shoot angle. Listen, bro, someone’s gotta have a storyline where it seems like they’re talking about real life, bro
-“Fake” character. You remember Fake Kane and Fake Diesel? Yeah that
-Someone is “written off” and reappears masked. This masked gimmick gets a small run. “Yes, I know we just fired The Miz, but this is CLEARLY El Mizo. Very different people, you see.”
-“Us vs Them” Storyline. Just like the best storyline in all of wrestling, Saraya’s Outcasts
-Iyo loses on at least three straight PLEs. Fuck you, but politely
Punishments:
-So uhh turns out a few of our PCs have employed some really scummy trainers. People aren’t happy. So unhappy in fact, that for two randomly chosen PCs, the 6 least popular people in that PC have quit the company. Turns out when you have that much staff, stuff slips through the cracks. Whoops.
-Hey bro, I know I showed up earlier, but I thought it would be super sweet, bro, if YOU won the world title. We don’t need any of that protection stuff. Connel Rumsey’s done a good job booking, bro, I think he deserves a world title run with at least one defense

- Have a title change hands at an off-screen live event.
- Open the Forbidden Door, get a strong relationship with another company and book a big interpromotional match for a PPV.
- Introduce more accomplishments but not necessarily titles i.e. Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic.
- Cody's got pull within the company now. Sign any Nightmare Factory graduates that you can.
- "You know what I wanna do?" pick a few character traits that aren't necessarily needed and assign them to someone. Think Jon Moxley always wanting to bleed / do hardcore matches. Now someone in WWE decides THEY want to be a hardcore guy and do that more often.
- Gamble with outside interests. Give some likely people Movie Actor, TV Actor, Musician, etc. attributes and risk them leaving every so often. Then again it's CR so they'll probably all decide to leave at the worst time so maybe this is a punishment.
- Shane Reynolds gets lots of ladies and titles! 😎
