I have a similar hp. I am having trouble with my keyboard. The only time the numbers to the left work is when I am typing in my pin to long onto the computer. It does not work any other time. Any suggestions?

I had already ordered a small black wireless one through Amazon but for some reason the battery doesn't even last one entire day. So, money down the drain so I grabbed the one that came with my desktop and I found your video and my mouse is working great.

I have the same mouse different keyboard and the light on the mouse after turning on turns off after a couple seconds and doesn't work I've tried switching usb spots and it still doesn't work. I've also tried different mouses they don't seem to work either. The keyboard is wired and I've put it in the same spot as the mouses usb was at and it worked just fine. I don't know how to get the mouse to start working again. (I'm sorry this is so long)

I have a similar HP all in one with that mouse but mine is wired. Out of the box the scroll feature has been glitchy; works a little then it goes up instead of down, or back down when supposed to go up etc. Anyone else notice that and what fix? I emailed HP when I was in warranty period still but never got any response.. Thanks in Advance

You forgot to insert the USB drive ( including in the tiny cardboard in the package ) on the back of monitor ( USB ) ALL IN ONE HP.
It happened to me too. I called Geek Squad of Best Buy and the technician told me to find "USB' drive in the tiny cardboard of the shipping box and most people did not know because It was so tiny like a finger. It was called USB drive.
After I found it and inserted on the back of monitor ALL IN ONE HP. It worked perfect.
