That guess honestly sounds pretty realistic for mbld. I've been mainly attempting 67 lately, and am aiming for trying that many in all my big comps this summer. And my overall PB is also 65/67 lol

The date for Yiheng's average is the date of worlds, which is interesting because I just released my latest worlds prediction to the public in my facebook group a few hours ago, and I predicted a 4.47 at worlds from Yiheng.
Literally got a 4.48 today. Nice guess man!
For FMC the mean was tied by Jayden Mcneil of 21 moves yesterday (June 3rd 2023) and the Square-1 WR is now 3.73s by Ryan Pilat today (June 4th 2023)
I really hope Tymon sees this before tomorrow haha

Hey I just woke up from a comma, since 2011.
I hope feliks can beat many records tomorrow :D
I was at the competition with Tymon this weekend. when I saw the first scramble of 2x2 i instantly grabbed his cube and scrambled it for him. he found 5move solution with the time of 0.6s. also NR tied average of 1.35 cause these scrambles (except 5th) were really good. unfortunately, he wasn't even close to beating the WR 3x3 single, and he is not going to compete for a while as he told me. we'll see how it goes. fingers crossed, that Poland will get the WR back.

Expecting a world record TOMORROW
I’m curious what you would’ve gotten if you predicted the 3x3 average based on Yiheng’s results alone. He clearly improves at a faster rate than anyone else, and I’d bet 4.48 would be closer to what the computer predicts

Well you were right with one thing about Pyra Average, it was broken by Ezra Shere; 1.51
The squan average prediction was actually not that far off, Max siauw beat it with a 4.91 average
Ok, the prediction for clock was spot on what the time would be, but lacking in everything else
Clock single was 2.61! But by Tommy Cherry and sooner than expected.
