Looks great Hannah! I’m so happy for you! We have been working on our home for about 3 years and it looks like a completely different house! I love what we have accomplished! From tearing down a 1/3 of the house building trusses and extending a new add on master suite, to adding a new fireplace, open kitchen bar, new roof and vinyl siding! Not to mention changing out all the old lighting to recessed lights! I mean a completely different house! Just like what you and your husband are doing! People don’t realize the work that goes on in remodeling a home, but I can appreciate all your hard work 😓 blood, sweat and tears for sure 🤣😂🏡👌

I’m watching this video in late March of 2022 trying to catch up on your home renovation vids as I came to your channel fairly recently. I’m really enjoying these and figuring out the layout of your house inside and out. I’m sure those a/c workers found the cold weather much better to work in then if you’d waited until the summer heat. I also live in AZ and try to get any outside maintenance done during the cooler months just for that reason. I don’t need anyone passing out in my attic space!
Our 2 a/c units are 21 yrs old (original to when we built this house.). We are dreading replacing them. Our home warranty keeps piecemeal’g them. Our sq ft’g is 3,000. Thankfully my husband does his homework where our home is concerned. We’re trying to be good stewards as you two are. It was nice to hear your boys happy voices in the background.
I really enjoy watching your journey to make this your home. Even watching Jaylan put on the door stoppers. Anxious to see the final result. It must have been really cold if the construction guys were bundled up in jackets and hoodies. In Minnesota it has been in the 40’s all week! Have a good week! 🌺

Gluing the TeePee poles was a good idea. The are only 2 pieces to make them easier to ship. I thought the counter top was interesting, but see why you might want to replace it. Someone once told me owning house was like painting the Golden Gate Bridge. They paint one side, then the other finishing just in time to repaint the first side again. I've remodeled 3 houses, one was a restore, and although I loved doing it, you need a break sometimes.🙂 your house is really beautiful. I hope you get a long break at the end.
I know you guys will be so happy when the whole house has all the stucco on it. Been a long journey. I also has to unexpectedly replace my heating and cooling system this past Spring. Very unexpected expense.
