  • Just a little video on the table slats and how often they get replaced. Time and money are a big part but over all it falls back to cut quality and what the shop load looks like for that week. Some years the slats get changed multiple times, other times it's more than I would like. Hope this answers a few questions and helps everyone understand the process.
Everyone please make sure to check out our website at www.sotmetalwo...

I would be interested in seeing how you input information into what program and maybe show what you have said about issues you have told about. Like font size verse image size. I was impressed on how you figured out how to translate something from the image to the metal. For instance like a lion, getting the main to translate. I guess experience helps a lot and with that comes expertise. I just think it would be fascinating and something that you haven't shown before. You could wait until you have something simple even something when you are replenishing your stock. However that wouldn't present a problem that you have to work out. I know sometimes what looks good on the computer will not transfer to the table. I have seen that on a CNC stamper. You had to have tried a few to recognize it. That's a few and I hope it helps.

I have a video way back that touches on some of this. Maybe I'll get time to update on it at some point.

Don't need anything you can throw out the letter list I sent you , I've decided to slow down and limit my customers to appointments and only a few people a week there's no need for a sign in my yard anymore.

Just wondering if you could make the tops of those like saw teeth and then the plasma would have less hitting points just a thought 👊👍🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲

But leave the tops of the teeth with a quarter inch top points wouldn't work well I don't think

The issue would be is it really worth the time to do so and also would I be creating a less stable foundation and therefore causing the sign itself to bounce more.
