- In this video, I've made 3 different flavours of bake mooncake. They are original flavour, matcha flavour and chocolate flavour. Hope you enjoy making your own 3 flavours chocolate lava Mooncake. Wishing you a very Happy Mid-Autumn Festival in advance!
Ingredients for 12 Mooncakes
Mooncake Pastry:
Honey 75g
Peanut Oil 30g
Alkaline Water 6g
Cake Flour 140g
Mooncake Filling:
80g White Lotus Paste + 15g Chopped Almonds
80g White Lotus Paste + 2g Cocoa Powder + 15g Chopped Almonds
80g White Lotus Paste + 2g Green Tea Powder + 15g Chopped Pistachio
Chocolate Bar, broken into pieces (12 pieces)

Hi, you can preheat the oven to 100°C, then turn off and allow the residual heat to keep the mooncake warm for about 10minutes.

@@anniechuie8190 After cooled, place them in airtight container for 1-2 days to soften the crust.It's best to consume within a week after return oil.

Dear Elly, the skin will become soften after return oil. So just sealed them in a container for 2-3 days to soften the crust.
