    Another great video, Kevin!
What I was wondering about, however, is during your decades of experience do you struggle with body issues? Last year I made the jump back to fight training after 12 years of doing fitness and power training. So, I'm kinda keen on working injury-free and keep training through my 30's, 40's, 50's... while avoiding bodily problems that could cause me to struggle later down the road.
    Thanks in advance!

I definitely am cautious of head constant. I no longer have the appetite for hard strike sparring . It just takes longer and longer to recover from. My decreasing metabolism is the hardest part lol

@@systemacanada Thank you for the fast response, brother. And in regards to your joints like the knee after you "whipped" it during a low kick or your fingers/ elbows from punching?

@@thompsonM1928a4 no my elbows and knees and hips and shoulders are all good. Fingers too. I have an old neck injury from a hard impact but. It from training. Mobility work is a must though. I mostly do circular strength and mount mobility work and breath every day.

Poor test dummy, just horrible to watch (but I do love it). Thanks for this, I had never thought of multiplying pressure these ways.

I´ve never seen this tactic before. When I try it, it works reasonably well on soft tissue, but on the chest, as you showed it, it does nothing for me. It hurts me a whole lot more if I slap myself with my clawed hand.
Speaking of focussing pressure, there´s a nice bet to win:
Ask someone strong to punch through a few layers of cardboard. I haven´t seen anyone ever punching through it.
However, if you do the leopard punch (it´s a flattened fist, where you hit with the finger joint next to the knuckle, you usually punch with), you can actually punch through the layers of cardboard with sufficient practice. I don´t want to see how that would look on soft tissue, like a human neck...

edi exactly . Which is why we use the chest and shoulders because it’s completely safe. We would never use this as a fight tactic anywhere by the face and throat or groin/ants.

That’s why I say chest is a totally useless target -it’s just good to develop on a person -the angles, physical responses etc . Helps students get past inhibitions. I would never do this in on arm either . Just for building strength
