Hoya Saxa!
Liberty has a price, and is not possible to have both liberty and equality. Inclusion is a new concept that is also not compatible with freedom. The USA is a country constitutionally of liberty, not equality, diversity or inclusion. The right to refuse cooperation is fundamental to being a free person. Otherwise it's just goose-stepping to another ideology.
Lady Gaga is the new Pope.
Bye bye trump
As a Catholic i'm embarrassed that Father Leo seems embarrassed by the Catholic faith by not making the sign of the cross.
I don't think he seems embarrassed at all. He didn't recite a decade of the rosary, or the Memorare either. He made a prudent pastoral judgment. He isn't there to deliver a catechism lesson. He is praying in the name of all the believers present, and he does so in a way that allows the greatest number to prayerfully join in and assent to his invocation.
@@geokrome I don't understand how it's a prudent pastoral judgement to publically abstain from the most basic Catholic prayer/action. I'm not asking Father Leo to pray the rosary or Memorare - but to abstain from the sign of the cross is to abstain from our Catholic tradition to appease others. Jesus said 'He who is faithful in little will be faithful in much' and Father Leo seemed to have clearly failed
@@geokrome by the way it's unfair to equate the sign of the cross to a decade of the Rosary, Memorare, and a Catechism lesson. We are talking about something that only takes two seconds
You're a fool. This was a great moment for catholicism, because he spoke well at a massively visible and important event. I'm sure he makes the sign of the cross all the time, as does Biden, and You're a petty little person for seeking out a little detail like this.
@@reiniervanramshorst1031 I get annoyed because this seems to be a habit among clergy during public events. See Bishop Barron's prayer for congress where he neither makes the sign of the cross or even mentions Jesus.
You can call me petty if you want but the reality is that these details matter in the context of an increasingly secular culture - Christ died and was tortured for our sins, thousands of saints have been martyred for the faith and nowadays our clergy can't even feel comfortable making a public sign of the cross. What impression does that give about the Catholic faith ? We are called to be witnesses in the world
A prayer isn't a speech or a history lesson......such a mockery of Christianity.
Well, not every christian is a crazy evangelical like Paula white.
Catholics pray as such and if you can't respect it, pop some ambien.
@@mimao.5150 if you knew anything about catholicism and the history of the catholic church, you'd need to pop some ambian.
You do not understand the Bible
@0:50, No one gonna call it out? 232 votes from the electoral college, 232 impeachment votes, 232 years since Washington was inaugurated.. probably nothing..🧐🤔👌👁
